Sell Your Car 2 Jack - refreshingly simple
Mike called beforehand to introduce himself and ensure we understood the process and any prerequisites. His manner was warm and friendly and he was professional and courteous.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mike who went through the procedure to ensure we were happy to move forward.
Our car was inspected and supporting paperwork reviewed and discussed, then an offer was put forward. We discussed the offer and negotiated an agreeable price and signed the paperwork.
The process was quick and easy, and funds were deposit to our account shortly after concluding the deal.

Easy transaction and better price than some, but tell you you have a guaranteed price they offer, then knock you down for the age if the car and condition! This should be known as you have to put the registration number in anyway. Disappointment with price structure, but all these car buyers seem to be the same, it's a shame they can't give an honest and accurate figure from the start.

All valuations we provide online are based our standard vehicle assumptions, which are stipulated on our website. These include that the vehicle:
- Has over 6+ months MOT
- Is not an import
- Has not been declared an insurance write-off or damaged in an accident
- Has no mechanical faults
- Has no damage
- Is not a non-runner
- Has 2 sets of keys
- Has full service history
- Is not above average keepers
While we do ask for the registration number initially, details such as the vehicle’s condition, history, number of owners, service history, and overall presentation can only be fully assessed during appraisal, and these factors can affect the final valuation offered.
We do appreciate your comments regarding transparency and consistency within the industry, and your feedback will certainly be taken on board.
I cannot see the details regarding your appointment with us however please feel free to ring a ask to speak to a member of the management team for further information if you wish to know more.

Fair and pleasant to deal with
Although I didn't get the price I wanted, the reasons were fair and explained to me. David and his colleague were both very pleasant to deal with.
I would recommend selling your car to these guys, but be prepared to be realistic.

A great experience. Try this company before others.
Thank you Daniel. A very easy transaction. He was very conscious and sympathetic that after many years with my car it was still important to me. I knew the quote would be lowered after appraisal but it was pleasantly done, no hard salesmanship. I was happy with the outcome.
I did find it difficult to find the office in Sutton Coldfield. I parked easily but didn't realise that it was at the back door and I had to walk round the building to the office as I hadnt been to that part of Sutton for years!
