Hacked my Amazon account and used my money to buy things, delivery address for the things bought was for this Company. Hundreds of pounds worth of stuff at a time!!!

The parcel was damaged and the company refused to compensate

They don't weigh your items individually, that way you'll spend more. On top of that, they lie about the weight of each package. Please do not use this service.

I have used their shipping service three times, and unfortunately, on two occasions, some of my items were lost, which is extremely disappointing. In terms of pricing, they are also not cheap. I am now looking for other more reliable shipping companies.

But one thing I really needed to talk about is once My parcel was broken when it is arrive, and they’ve deal in a very good way so I appreciate for that, I know is not their faul because obviously it is did by some other else but they still treat me in a good way, so thank you for that!

Very postive experience with send2china. Staff was helpful and speed was quick as promised. Will surely recommend to anyone who looking to send parcels to China or worldwide. Worth every penny that spend.

I used send2china to send some items back to China. It take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. This is within reasonable time. Once I used Royalmail which took 5 weeks to arrive and more expensive. Send2China is recommended

The company used false promotion to encourage customers like me to choose their "facial mask express" for sending mask to China. It was promised 7-14 working days duration but actually took 10 working days for one of my packets travelling from just Berlin to Frankfurt airport and another month (positively estimated) to China. Not to mention another packet was totally disappered since I send it 13d ago...
With not at all help from their customer services, I will never use this company again.

Really bad experience at Reading brunch! They kept delaying my parcel with many excuses. It is not reliable company.

I have been using Send2china for over two years, sending baby milk to wife’s relatives in China. Excellent service, quick delivery times, helpful staff.
But! The new website isn’t letting me access the English part of the website, inconvenient!
It just means my wife has to assist with the translation.

Very good customer service, my parcel went to China very fast. I was reading all the review that other customer left here, it was not true, as I also asked them why their parcels lost, the customer service told me that as long as declare content honestly, packing the way they requested, following the rules, the parcel will not lost. So I created an account with them, if anything happened, they will contact me directly, otherwise, they cant contact the sender. It is very similar when you using parcelforce or our courier service in the UK, but their price is the cheapest you could find. As I asked, they said they are parcelforce China area partners.

AVOID....Lost my parcel and never receive my compensation even I buy an insurance for my parcel. Customer service is terrible and rude. I raised an official complaint, no reply received.
