The worst possible company you can buy any item from. If you are after a Sennheiser product, best to get it from amazon or any other reliable store.
I'll be back with more details soon regarding my experience purchasing a pair of Sennheiser HD-25 directly from Sennheiser which has taken over a month and yet to see anything at my door.
Very bad service in the Netherlands
Very bad service in the Netherlands. Upon a service request they avoided repairing with a lie it couldn't be repaired due to the use of glue even though upon own repairing the item was not glued at all.

I bought some earphones from Sennheiser …
I bought some earphones from Sennheiser about two years ago (the CX 2.00 headset). They still work great, even though they have been in the laundry twice already (just dried them, and they were good again). The sound is great, you can really hear the difference between those ones and your average standard earphones. Especially the bass sound is very noticeable, being exceptionally good for in-ear headphones. And also the microphone is pretty good judging by what other people tell me. The microphone part also has three buttons on it, making the sound loud or silent and start/stopping your music. And all of this to the reasonable price of just below 50€. I totally recommend these to everyone looking for some in-ear headphones with a much better sound than the standard Samsung earphones or similar.

I`ve had lots of Sennheiser headphones in my life and I can definitely say these are all awesome! All the models are quite one of the best in their pricing ranges, and I found multiple preferrable for me. Sports or home evening movie - they cover all of this. Currently in possession: CX150 and HD600 ;)

Easy to navigate website, superb Customer Service communications, great turnaround time for replacements, good warranty period on products, top-notch sound quality on their audio equipment.
e.g.

> they replied within 12 hrs, with a returns address label (I was happy to pay for postage)
> Sent headset, it arrived the next working day
> had an email confirming receipt & that they acknowledged the hardware problem, they'd be dispatching the newer PC373D model

Just what I needed
I've been using a lot of gaming equipment from a lot of different companies, and most recently I started using Sennheiser headsets. Even though it stopped working after a year, they were very quick to point out the 2-year guarantee, and I quickly got a new (and even slightly improved) one in the mail. I'm currently using the PC 360 headset and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon.
