Good product Bad service
I purchased some cosmetic brushes on Sephra online. I really love it. The cosmetic brushes are very soft and easy to make up. Quality is also very good in quality. But the customer servie is not very good.

Terrible customerservice
Terrible customerservice. I ordered 11 DIFFERENT products all together around 300 euro and this is the answer that I received. Good customer get s punished at Sephora France? So when I buy in the store 11 lipsticks I will be removed out the shop because it is too much? This is ridiculous. Some lipsticks and some other products. Not heavy at all for shipment. I asked explanation and this is their silly answer! Here comes the answer (after one week)

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased online... My order still says "En cours de Préparation" RESPECT THE POSTAGE TIMES YOU HAVE DISPLAYED ON YOUR WEBSITE!!
I will have nothing for my mothers birthday next week. I cant even return the order, because by the time I get it, I will be in another country for one month. Hundreds of euros down the drain.

Bad customer service
Sephora.fr has the worst customer service. i called to ask about my order and the girl didn't not get what i was POLITELY saying to her and started shouting! seriously the worst customer service.

They never seem to have my perfume in stock. They always have promos but when you work out the price it is not much of a discount. So I never really bother with them I just buy when I need to.
