I ordered a shoe cream in an specific color and they sent me another color. I contacted and had no answer days after. And I ordered the same cream again cause was a rushed order and asked to send the right color this time. Order haven’t got shipped days after, I asked and wanted to confirm is the right color this time and still had no response too. Communication and customer service has been very poor, at least for me.

This is my third pair of shoes from Septieme largeur and once again they did not disappoint. This time I bought the Manhattan couleur velour marine. So I was in Paris in Late July 2023 (by the way I live in New York) they did not have the size 10 and I waited and finally the size became available and I jumped at the opportunity to buy it and let me tell you this shoe looks super great. I love love it. I cant wait to walk around the city with this shoe during the summer. You guys are the best

I visited the store on Saint Lazare during a recent trip to Paris. It was a great experience! Mathieu and his colleague (I did not ask his name) spent a great deal of time with me to ensure that I had the proper sizing. In fact, I haven’t had anyone spend that much time with me choosing the right size and shoe in quite some time. Their shoes are amazingly well crafted and of high-quality. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I ordered my Eugene marron shoes and the look stunning and delivery from France to South Africa only took 5 days from the date of the order.

The shoes did not look great in person, the finish on the hells was not good at all. The is a deep scratch at the bottom, quality control is very low.

Great purchasing experience and product. The stitching is relatively dense and even on the welt and on the uppers, a true Dainite sole and fits perfect to size. I also have the Anduze from SL and love it. A great value for the money as with any Septième Largeur pair.

Got my second pair of boots, this time I went with Moissac Commando. Love them, the leather is soft enough that they seemingly require no break-in period at all. I love how they look powerful and elegant at the same time. For an everyday boot, I will wear them a lot more often than the Basile Dainite.

I will deduct a star here because I also ordered 2 pairs of leather soles, and they seem like 2 sizes too small. According to the size guide, 8,5 wide last of both of these boots should correspond to the size 43. These leather soles are sold only in EU sizes for some reason—why if the shoes are sold in UK sizes?

Naturally I took 43, and they are way too small. I can't be bothered to return them, because they are not that expensive. But this is the attention to detail that I would expect from a company like Septieme Largeur. Leather soles for my boots need to fit my boots. The sizings need to be clear and match the lasts.

Easy to use interface made the transaction quick and easy. The shoes arrived via dhl in less than a week. The shoes were perfect. Merci!

Purchased a pair of shoes and within a week there was a discount. Contacted customer service and was told nothing can be done. Disappointed as a loyal customer.

Just as Vladimir Zamozhnykh mentioned, the size guide is wrong.
Order at least a size bigger than what the size chart tells you after you have measured your foot.
In the size guide i was measured to use 9 1/2 also taking into account that the last i wanted was a narrow one, the recommended shoe tree was size EU45 which was reassuring since i use 45 in most shoes.
Though when the shoes arrive they are way to small and the shoe trees that they sent with using the "adapt to my order" was EU43 and they fit snug...
I had to learn this the hard way since they refuse to help customers which order shoes with patina.

Sizing guide is wrong.
Beware, the sizing guide on the website is very misleading. I measured my feet according to the guide several times and ordered the recommended size. The boots I received are too small for me, I'd say a size too small. Please check and update the guide.
And the worst thing is that I cannot even return them because I used a forwarding service to escape paying double VAT. I'd suggest for the store to subtract the VAT amount from the price when your customers are outside of EU.

J'ai passé commande le 24/11/2023 à 01:18, c'est-à-dire dès l'apparition de l'offre Black friday, Order: FGAVAUOGB, étant donné du fait que c'est ma première patine, je voulais avoir des conseils de la part de l'équipe septième largeur, je voulais choisir une autre patine pour la chaussure que j'ai commandé et même profiter de cette exceptionnelle offre afin de commander deux paires de chaussures au lieu d'une seule, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et messages en jours ouvrables sur Messenger malheureusement j'ai eu des réponses par leurs logiciel, j'ai eu une réponse le 27/11/2023 m'indiquant que le patineur va me contacter sous peu de temps afin de choisir une autre patine avec moi et me conseiller sur la patine de la deuxième chaussure, malheureusement jusqu'à ce jour je n'ai été contacté et l'offre a expirée avant que l'équipe de septième largeur ne puisse me conseiller, donc je n'ai pas commandé ma seconde paire de chaussure.
