Just got my second pair and I am really satisfied with the high quality and the easiness for selecting the correct size (plus the express shipping!)

Great shoes, Nicodème cognac, the leather and soles are beautiful and unique. As far as sizing for USA, I normally wear an AE in 9.5D, measured using guide at 27 cm said I should order 7.5 in the wide last, seemed too small for UK sizing but ordered and fit perfect, with a bit of heel slip, but fixed with tongue pad. Will be ordering a custom patina next.

I had been hearing about Septième Largeur through YouTubers and podcasters for years before I finally visited their Geneva store this fall and bought a pair of mocha suede loafers. I am in love with the shoes, and with the brand. The shoes fit so well and were so comfortable right out of the box. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and professional in their work. I will be back for more shoes in the future!

Still no shipping information after 8 days. Without any explanation. This is not the service which you expect nowadays from an on-line shop.
Especially one who is pushing so much feedback and advertising mails.

Fast shipping to me in the USA from where they are made in Spain, took around 4 business days which I was very happy about. Awesome that there is the option to have them pick shoe trees to fit the shoes, so you don't have to end up returning shoe trees that are too big or small, which I've had to do before. All the details are there. Goodyear welted. Leather sole. Closed channel stitching. High stitch density on the upper and the welt. Came with extra laces. Stacked leather heel. Beveled waist. The sole gets narrower towards the waist of the shoe which is beautiful. Chrome tanned leather from Weinheimer looks great, can see all the pores and shines nicely. Stacked leather heel. Even has a leather rib instead of a cotton rib. Excellent customer service and return policy. Last is beautiful and elegant. Make sure to try the shoes on carpet if you might return them. Quite a long break in time. Amazing price for this shoe. Only thing I would look for past this is hand welted, and hand lasted. I got my pair with shoe trees for about 300 euros, around 320 USD. I got the Eugene last in size 8UK. The shoe is the same length as my size 9 USA Thursday Boot co Chelsea boots. They about a quarter of an inch longer than my size 9 USA Florsheim dress shoes. I wear size 9.5 USA vans, adidas, and reebok sneakers. I can fully close the laces without it being too tight. Even though the Eugene last is listed as EE on their website, they fit about the same width as regular USA dress shoes. My default width Florsheims, default width Thursdays, and 7L Eugene are all 4 inches across at the widest part. I think in general central europe has slimmer feet than the states. If in doubt about sizing, I would email them, they got back to me very fast.

The service is excellent. From sizing advice to shipping and delivery , everything is first class. The quality of the shoes is excellent and great value. Especially for their sneakers. The white Soho is easily ten times the quality of Common Projects.

Customer service is excellent. Clèmence and Jeanne are wonderful. Thanks so much. Sizing is a challenge however, I want to buy another pair of boots, but if they don't fit it costs me $53.00 to return them. They only draw back.

Fantastic service! I accidentally typed an incorrect address for shipping. After the shoes were returned to the store, they expedited the shipment. Huge fan, shoes are absolutely beautiful!

Top Quality Products, Bad Packaging
Today i received my first ever boots from them, delivery was prompt, packaging is very low quality, they did not provide cover bags, only a piece of cloth was inside dirty white box, there were no papers inside boots to keep them in shape, however boots are very well made and they fit really well, quality is top and they look beautiful 10/10 !
At the end of the day only thing that matters is the final product what you get which was really nice but it would be better if they would give more attention to the packaging.

Bought shoes with full payment, custom Patina. We agreed on Shoe trees as gift, and start of work 2 weeks after payment because of high load of work- I agreed.
Short summary (cause they already deleted the previous negative review) :
It took them 7 weeks in total to deliver the shoes to me, via express delivery and another 4 for the (forgotten) shoe trees.

What we agreed on:
[ ] 2 weeks to start the Patina work and to be informed via WhatsApp
[ ] Express shipping
[ ] Tracking number to be provided
[ ] Shoe trees as gift

What I received (from the list) :
[x] Express shipping

What they offered:
[x] 5 weeks until start of Patina work, with delays and postponement, with me contacting and inquiring, with the date being always moved forward. They NEVER initiated communication by themselves, and plenty of times left messages as 'Seen' but no answer
[x] Tracking number was NOT provided- I just opened the door and the shoe box fell inside (no doorbell ringing) . 7 weeks from payment to delivery. I get 8 weeks on completly handmade and custom Patina shoes from Bonafe.
[x] Extra shoelaces, for one pair of shoes (I ordered 3 pairs) . It was a pleasant surprise, don't know if it's standard, or a mistake (as only one pair came with them) .
[x] Shoe trees as gift- after an additional 4 weeks from the shoes delivery date. They forgot them. They forgot to call me back to talk about it, also 2 weeks no answers to my inquiry for the promised tracking number. Afterwards got a phonecall with the promise that 'next Monday they will be Express shipped ro me' . After 1.5 more weeks I posted the initial (2 Star) review, and in 2 days I found them at my door (no Tracking Number, as pre- agreed again) .

Why 1 Star?

They flagged my previous review and got it removed. It was rather specifically described, and in detail, and they could easily identify me, unless such behaviour is normal (sad) .
As I said, you are pampered and genuinely feel you're taken care of, up until you swipe the card and pay, after radio silence, overpromising, and bad customer care.
There were some other bad reviews that got also deleted, to keep the (fake) pristine image.
Shoes look good though, however I didn't wear them yet to review their quality, but I have a huge reservation in ordering again.
