I have received the shoe in good condition. I am happy about the quality and the fit, the guide in the website is excellent. However, the packaging was done carelessly. The shoe straps were undone and all over the place.

Amazing service. Literally bent over backwards to get the perfect patina color for my shoes and belt. So far seeming to be a very good replacement to Carlos Santos footwear!

This feedback is about the online experience and not the products of 7L.
The website is very basic and could be improved in many ways:
- The custom made section is horrible. I wanted to order MTO shoes and then gave up...
- The patina section should also be improved - it is painful not to have a patina picker that allows to navigate the different patinas
- The patinas have not been updated for a long time - it would be good to have essential patinas and then experiment with new patinas every month - the most successful patinas could be added to the essentials list

Septieme Largeur's patina is the standard by which every other shoemaker who offers this type of service should be measured. Notably, I am never afraid to use neutral polish if I wanted an even higher shine. The patina is robust, something that I cannot say from other makers.
