Great friendly chats until a unit is sold, after that, you're on your own. Unfortunately my purchase of a unit in Liverpool, Kingsway Square was extremely highly recommended to me by Nathalie and Daniel of Sequre, but turned out a huge mistake. My 60k GBP deposit has still not been returned, and Nathalie and Daniel have stopped responding to my messages. They are not directly responsible for this outcome, but it would be nice to show they are human beings and put just a tiny bit of energy in assisting my to exit and have my funds returned. Wish I could write something different. As always, do your research before committing to any purchase, and even then, keep everything crossed for things to turn out well.

Very professional service provided by Daniel and Amanda. Despite being in London and the property in Liverpool, they made it a very smooth process and was always available for any queries. I would definitely recommend Sequre Properties.

I just purchased two buy-to-let apartments in Manchester. I live outside the UK which makes it more difficult to take the investment decision. Nevertheless, Sequre were professional in all aspects and took me through the steps smoothly. Even when there was a delay from a third party, they were proactively moving things. After completion, I received warm congratulations messages from the whole team. I especially thank Amanda Benstead & Georgina Passmore for taking good care of my investment.

I have bought 3 properties over three years through Sequre, starting in 2018. They claim to be getting you 'deals' which they are not. The properties are overvalued compared to equivalent flats in the surrounding area. Secondly, the rental they claim the property will yield is absolute FICTION. They do NOT, even after 3 years, attain what they were supposed to. Three years later, I can't sell them for what I paid. All are loss-making.

They also claim to have vetted the developers, which they do NOT. One property I bought turned out to have illegal electricity and water connections. Both were turned off and had to be done anew, while I had a tenant in the flat which was a nightmare and cost me money.
The second property the developer went bust after completion and handover. I found out after buying the flat that he didn't pay the building contractors. I was left with leaking windows which the contractor would not come back to fix AND the developer left outstanding bills for service charges on the flat which I was then illegally chased for by debt collectors.

All that, and you pay Sequre £3000 + VAT for the privilege. HA! They make their money off naïve overseas investors who have zero knowledge of the UK property market and don't know how to do their own research. They are taking their clients for a RIDE.

And yes, great service while you're buying by the way, just the way the reviewers giving them four and five stars say. No argument with that. Slick salespeople, great service. The buyers will discover in time what a poor investment they have made.

I service l received from Sequre was high quality. My property purchase was professionally and very well handled.

Purchased my second investment via Sequre - found me a good investment property. More importantly, Amanda was always there when I had questions, or the seller needed chasing for details, or if there was any ad hoc details that needed doing for the solicitors. Highly recommend if you are looking for investment properties.
