We have just completed on our first property with Sequre and I have to say I have been very impressed. We have mainly dealt with Daniel Jackson but other team members were as professional and helpful.

I have read a number of other reviews and we were under no pressure to use an associated solicitor, in fact, we were given their detiails and estimate of costs and then politely declined. No pressure and no negative impact.

In our case, we do have to use their associated Letting agent but the fees are standard with no hidden costs.

For our property in particular, the discount was clear and if you're happy to do your own research, you can tell which properties are worth pursuing.

I would certainly recommend this company for properties in the UK (as that is what we have bought) and we will be in touch for future investments.

As a first time buy-to-let purchaser from Australia with an interest in Manchester, I found Sequre provided a very professional and hassle-free package. I have bought two apartment through Sequre Property Investment in Liverpool, the purchase supposed to be discounted, 2 bedroom apartment in Birkenhead purchased at £94500 plus the Sequre fees of £3600 in July 2015, as it was mention that offered discount of up to £21000, independently valued by number of estate agency in January 2018 between £99000-£105,000,
It seems that it wasn't really discounted? if anyone wish to buy property through them , do your marketing and look around, before jumping to signing a contract, will save you lot of money and time, not really a bargain.

I recently went on a viewing trip with Sequre in Marbella. I was very nervous and expected them to be really pushy so much so I didn't know if I had made the right decision even though they tried to reassure me that they were 'not like that'. I went and it was the best decision I made, they were not pushy in the slightest they just acted as an agent to show you properties you were interested in, let me make up my own mind and gave advice is asked for. It was an absolute pleasure to meet everyone in the Marbella Office. Carolyn showed me around and looked after me every step of the way. I did purchase a property and I am really pleased, since then they have helped me find a lawyer, sort out power of attorney so I don't have to keep going over to Spain and every question I have needed help with, they have been there. Very good service for investment-buy! They are very experienced in this buy-to-let sector. I gave them my budget and what kind of return I’m aiming for, and they have now help me find and complete two properties within 18 months. If you are looking for hassle free investment buy-to-let properties, I highly recommend Sequre! They are a bunch of hard working and honest people and support buyers for any queries right up to completion.

I don’t bother with run of the mill Estate Agents any more. A major irritation is that they don’t bother replying to one’s emails anyway, but more importatntly there is a far better and more profitable alternative - SEQURE. Working with Sam Philip I have purchased 10 properties during 2017. The criteria being an immediate, 4.5% to 5.5% minimum NET annual rental yield ... plus locking in future capital gains. As a consequence I have ditched any further off-plan purchases with their sub par 3% NET yields (read 6% in the advertising material, yawn), and endless waiting time to complete construction. SEQURE is a class act. Love the fact we can negotiate and do deals to get the best price to boost yield. Try that with off-plan developers – forget it. So if you are looking to maximize your future property investment SEQURE will make it happen.
