I just finished my 1st UK property purchase through Sequre earlier this month. Overall I found the the team to be very knowledgeable in the property markets where they have offerings and also prompt in addressing my queries. When I expressed concerns about the building works to be undertaken in the building, Daniel of Sequre personally visited the property for an inspection and took photos to ensure that the apartment was in good condition. The team also assisted in a timely manner when i had troubles in dealing with the landlord and the lawyers. The only slight hiccup I had during this purchase was that I found the law firm which Sequre recommended to be quite careless in the paperwork and unresponsive in replying to emails (I had to continuously chase for the completion statement which was not provided to me until 2 days before completion!).

Overall I had a pleasant experience dealing with the team at Sequre and will not hesitate in recommending them to my friends or to source another property through them.

I live abroad and dealing with unfamiliar companies from a distance can be a bit disconcerting, but Sequre made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing from the beginning. They reacted very quickly to my first enquiry and sent options regularly, which really helped me make my choice. Once I had decided on where I wanted to buy, they were able to make it happen very rapidly. It was always a pleasure to deal with both Daniel and Gemma and they made the process much smoother. My only slightly negative comment would be that the tenancy terminated very soon after we purchased, which I think I should have been warned about, although it probably wouldn't have affected my decision. I would definitely recommend Sequre to anyone looking for a property for investment.

Really pain free way to buy property - specialists in the 'buy to let' market they have a wide range of deals, often at well below market prices. It pays to do some research first and understand the type of market you want to get into and the region you want to invest in.
Always worth giving them a call as they are very happy to discuss current deals and keep you informed about future opportunities.

The staff bent over backwards to help me choose my property. They are clearly very experienced and know the housing market well. Becky, in particular, was very patient and, just as important, not too pushy. She listened to my needs and worries and helped me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend them if you want the least stress-free method of buying to rent.

I have been dealing with Sequre for over three years now and would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Having worked with Sequre for the first time in August 2017, our experience has been a very positive one. They took our considerations and concerns into full account and presented us with opportunities which were tailored to our wants. Jack O' Sullivan and his colleagues were always around for any questions / concerns (as first time buyers) and were able to deliver promptly and professionally. What one should also note is that they were also helpful at the time after the 'sale', factor which says a lot about the value they place on business relationships.

I have only recently entered the buy-to-let market and now have 2 properties. I had investigated the markets in the North of England and investment there was more suitable than in properties nearer to where I live. These apartments were both introduced to me by Sequre who sent me several properties and once the decision was made, they guided me through the process to buy the ones I now have. They introduced me to local solicitors and have helped me to feel comfortable in taking on these investments. They are very professional and maintain contact to continue their support. We have worked with Sequre since February 2017 looking to purchase buy-to-let property in Portsmouth and Wales. Unfortunately the first property in Portsmouth did not work out for us as during the searches a problem was identified that meant we were not willing to proceed. Sequre were very helpful and professional throughout putting no pressure on us to complete and returned our reservation fee immediately with no quibble. I was more than happy with the purchase process with Sequre. As first time buy-to-let investors we were keen for the leg work to be done by us.

We were sent a number of different property options, all accompanied by sound research about the local area so we could make an informed decision. As a result, we feel we have made a sound investment for the future.

The only downside for me was that the fee is quite high however other that that, we were satisfied with the process and the professionalism of the team.

Like Many people, I read with interest about Sequre in the Sunday Times and was initially not sure about making an investment in a different part of the country and an area where i had no knowledge.

Fortuntately, Sequre know what they are doing and their sales advisers are thorough, efficient and knowledgable. I was advised by Jack and he was polite, helpful and made excellent recommendations.

The result is that I have dipped my toe in the Manchester BTL water and now have one property and I am sure I will add more into my portfolio. The process was efficient, Sequre linked me with a local solicitor who knew the property which was invaluable and their affiliated managing agent are now managing the property.

We have just purchased our 2nd BTL property via Sequre. If you are looking for a total 'hands off' purchase process these are the people to help. Always on the ball, both in efficiency and returning calls etc. We used them to find a suitable mortgage and also used their recommended solicitors. All in all a very smooth experience from start to finish.

I decided to venture into BTL two years ago chose to use Sequre due to a couple of articles I read in The Sunday Times. I have no regrets. I was a little nervous as I decided to buy three flats in total without viewing them but Sequre reassured me that this was not unusual for their clients to work in this way and they very quickly found me what I was looking for. Sequre also recommended a conveyancer and also the letting agents, plus I also go a mortgage quote from them, although I decided to go with my own bank in the end.
