Absolutely stellar performance from start to finish. I spoke to Ross who described himself as "the electrician", but he could easily have been a salesman, and an excellent one at that. He took his time to go through a product I was interested in, and at no point did I feel pressured.

The actual sales experience was equally good, I was kept informed at all steps of the process about my delivery, it arrived faster than anticipated and when it was well packed. I'm very happy about my first time customer experience.

Battery life very poor, no battery charger. Lens not particularly good, photos taken in the good light but photos still came out blurry in spite of the cameras

I have bought three pairs of Sony headphones from this company. They have all been excellent. On my recent order, they fixed a DPD screw-up very quickly. They are lovely to speak to on the phone.
