I am extremely satisfied with Serious Watches and would recommend them without hesitation.
The delivery from the Netherlands to Switzerland took less than 24 hours with FedEx – incredibly fast and perfectly packaged. What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding customer service: polite, highly solution-oriented, and genuinely accommodating. I was even able to reach them on a Sunday, which is almost unheard of these days.
It’s very clear that their team consists of real, dedicated people who truly care about their customers – no AI or automated answers, just genuine service.
In short: excellent shop, excellent service, excellent experience!

Long Delays for Returns
In my previous dealings with Serious Watches they were responsive and great to work with. But this last experience has left a lot left for improvement. I returned a watch and it took over a week before they provided a return label. They have now had the returned watch, again, for over a week and not heard anything from them. I doubt I'll do business with them again. So disappointing.
Update: After posting this review they almost immediately took care of my refund so I added a star.

Good customer service doesn’t stop at taking my money and slapping a shipping label on a box. It stops when the customer actually receives the product and the entire experience is complete. Real customer service shows up when there’s a problem—and you failed completely.
Nothing about this situation was out of your control. The problem isn’t the shipping; it’s that you ignored three separate emails. That’s not a mistake, that’s neglect. I shouldn’t have to resort to leaving a negative review just to get a basic response.
I’m extremely disappointed. I trusted this business because of the overwhelming positive reviews, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. If this is how you treat customers when something goes wrong, those reviews are misleading at best.
1. I did not write to you 3 days ago, I wrote to you on August 18th to let you know there was an issue.
2. You did not ask the courier to launch an investigation. I did. I called multiple times after the package was shown as "released through customs" but still never delivered. I created a support ticket last week and followed up multiple times.
3. Service rep let me know that 2 weeks of no movement after "package was released from customs" is extremely rare, and in order to file a claim I would need to work with the shipper. So I reached out to you to follow up on this issue and ask about the process of lost packages to no response.

Thank you for your review and we're very sorry you had an unpleasant experience. You wrote to us 3 days ago indicating your parcel hadn't been delivered yet. At which point we've asked the courier to launch an investigation, which is still ongoing. The courier did indicate the parcel isn't considered lost, merely delayed at this point.
Unfortunately we're seeing more than normal delays in the US, specifically at customs, with the newly imposed tariffs and the end of the de minimis scheme.
We realize you want your watch as soon as possible. If it should be lost, then the parcel is insured and you are not at risk.
Presently, the investigation is ongoing by the courier and the moment news is available, you will be notified of course. But we do apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding that customs, especially during exceptional circumstances, are out of our control, but we make every effort to assist where we can.
