Service was straight forward. Received a call on what would be needed and how much the total was, price wasn’t crazy high but more than the average garage.

Pick up and collect service is great. Very warm and polite. Great customer service

Absolutely scam would give negative stars if I could. Total rip off, they priced me over £2000 for repairs needed and I got multiple quotes from other garages for less than £400!
Felt sorry for the garage dropping my car off as they apologised for the over pricing and said it was service stop that control the quotes.
Honestly thing this is a disgusting service and mechanics need to stop associating with it!

I had contact from the garage at all times and collection and drop off was very prompt.
I would especially like to thank Dean from the garage for all his support and kindness at what is a difficult time for me.
Would highly recommend 👌

Very poor adviser service with threatening approach.

Just have to say Dean! What a top man, he advised me on my service needs and was absolutely great in getting the car in order. Top man!
What a great help. Thank you Dean!

Used this company a few times and they were fine… until today, I was warned to not pick up the phone to a London base number calling me after my MOT had been done, however I did. And met with one bone head on the other end of the phone who thinks people are stupid. With research and fraudulent investigations being my specialised back ground they picked the wrong customer. “Hello Miss - your car failed on its omissions and you need to pay to get it back”
Me - “ok! Can you explain to me why on the government website and the garage are passing it with no problems?”
Service stop - *claims they’ve spoken to the garage themselves but couldn’t give me the name of the garage it went to*
I’d usually recommend this service. But since it’s been taken over by some ejit, I wouldn’t bother ever using them again. I feel sorry for people who aren’t as switched on and will fall for such lies over the phone. Challenge them if you’re unsure people. This company are now a fraudulent mess.
Forgot to add the car came back with a chip in the windscreen too.

Job Ref:1882124 I am still being billed by Payment Assist for the work that was not done by DNA Autos of Great Bentley, Essex because Servicing Stop never asked them to do it.
From yesterday the FCA Ombudsman will investigate such cases(previously in a loophole). Don't stay a victim - report to FCA.

Dean was very kind and helpful. He explained things so someone who isn't very good with engine parts understand. He also helped me with my payment worries on line. Thank you Dean.

The car was due to be picked up between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I received no call or text regarding an ETA, which was the main selling point for using this collection service, meaning I had to unnecessarily rearrange my work meetings. Just as I was calling to cancel and request a refund, the pickup driver arrived at 11:00 AM. There was no real apology; I was just told I could cancel if I wanted to. There was also no real offer of a discount from customer service for the delay. I will use a local independent garage or Halfords in the future.
I have two young kids, and we urgently needed our car back on the road. I felt over the barrel to get this work done and will escalate a complaint about the disproportionate prices.
Beyond the poor timekeeping, here is a breakdown of how this business model puts you over a barrel:
They collect the car and complete the MOT.
If it fails, you are given two choices:
Option A: Refuse the repair quote, get your car returned with a failed MOT (meaning it is illegal to drive), and try to get it fixed elsewhere while still paying the initial £180 service/MOT fee.
Option B: Waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off period on the phone and agree to their highly inflated bill just to get a road-legal car back.
You are effectively forced to agree on the spot. Having had the work done, here is exactly what I was charged (inclusive of VAT), compared to what a standard garage would charge for these minor items:
Service & MOT: £183.69
Reverse Light Switch: £101.80
Brake Fluid Renewal: £227.20
Engine Flush: £107.06
Long Life Oil: £35.99
Charging over £227 for a brake fluid renewal and over £100 for an engine flush is exceptionally high. Please get a second opinion before waiving your cooling-off rights with this company.

Good dude. Explained the cost for repair very clearly. Pretty steep but at least it's peace of mind.
