Used a couple of times. Work is good and their first come first served approach works well.

Only weird thing was after about 40 minutes (total time was 70/80 minutes for 4 tyres and wheel alignment) at the Burgess Hill branch one of team who was in and out doing admin (seemed like the manager) started talking to a customer about me being impatient, one of those passive aggressive things we've all said. But I'm equal parts miffed and amused because I had said nothing at all and I can only guess that it was because I had looked up to see what was happening with my car after about half an hour. Truly this was an overly sensitive reaction that made the other 2 or 3 in the waiting room have eye brow raising reactions of 'wow really?'.

Setyres seem like decent workers but maybe not a happy bunch sadly. Perhaps they get regular abuse and are acting out because they've developed a chip on their shoulder from years of being treated badly?

Epsom branch used today for my Chrysler, fair honest pricing, super efficient service, great to see honesty and integrity between web and real world service, thoroughly recommend. Will use again.

What a fantastic service
Got a flat tyre late yesterday, Drove to Kwik fit as was the only place open.
Was told I need 2 new tyres albeit there is nothing wrong with any of my other tyres they wanted £500 +
Went to setyres on the way home in Drayton Portsmouth
Paul at the desk told me to go and see the tyre lads they took tyre off and showed me it couldn't be repaired and they replaced with a new tyre.
Also put my spare back under van.
Really first class professional service.
And very honest

No hassle - efficient, cheery and friendly service in Sevenoaks. Happy to change an existing tyre to a new wheel - which a nearby 'big brand' centre wouldn't do. A much nicer experience and will use every time now.

Went there to get fixed my tyre that losing air slowly. They fixed it, I paid £26 and drove back to my office (5 mins drive) when I was checking the tyre it was losing air still. I drove back there and they said there was another damage and needs to be replaced with a new one i paid another £60 to get a budget tyre. Really bad customer service and don't believe them

I had a new exhaust system installed on my mini at Epsom and from start to finish they were absolutely amazing and the price was so competitive and will definitely go back again and recommend them the manager was so nice and very efficient well done

Called at 8am to ask if they could help me with a large puncture I’d got the night before and had to abandon my car. Got told someone would be there is four hours. Chris arrived on time and changed the tyre and checked the others for me. Quick, efficient and friendly service from the Hove team.

Had a fast puncture - phoned Braintree for mobile tyre fitting at my workplace. Superb service, gave me an accurate time of arrival and tyre changed in under 15 mins . Fast friendly service . Very impressed

Visited Hove for a slow puncture and they changed the valve. Car garaged for 2 days and tyre again flat. Called them and asked for an appt. They said they didn't do appts but would see me right away as they had messed up. Returned for them to say i was at the back of a queue of 8 people and would have to wait... said i thought they shouldve explained that on the phone and they shrugged and said take it or leave it.. so i left. Not impressed

Shout out to the fine staff at the Hailsham branch, booked my Qashqai in for tyre replacement and a health and break check cause I had concerns after I’d purchased the car from the dealership and they discovered the rear tyres and brakes (disks and pads both front and rear) needed replacing and should have in fact been advisories on the MOT that was done before I purchased the vehicle, sorted me out same day and even knocked some money off the total cost, true professionals from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the day and advised on how I should proceed going forward as very clearly unhappy with how the car has been sold, even cleaned the interior for me after all the work, thank you once again for all you did today, 10/10 would recommend

Great service at Sevenoaks - they mended my slow puncture in about 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Friendly and polite staff. Would give more stars if possible

Always go to Gosport SE Tyres for our vehicle tyres. All the team from top to bottom are cheerful and positive. Great prices and good after service. A must for comparison with service

Booked my MOT for my 5 year old BMW at rocky Hill, Maidstone. They said it had failed on a serious oil leak. The car did not have an oil leak as there was nothing showing on my drive beforehand.
They put it in the ramp and it had fresh, clear oil that appeared to be dripping from the sump.
I told them this was not possible and they started saying they hadn't done anything and that I could check their CCTV footage. Me thinks they protest too much!! I stood my ground and they wiped off the oil and said if it carried on dripping they would have to fail it. Well, no drips and no evidence of old oil. So they passed it.
They kept saying I should take it to my garage and get it looked at straight away. I think they were trying to get a service out of me for nothing.
I have had no oil from it since and think they were trying it on with a woman. I will not be going back. Be warned!!!

Had 2 rear tyres replaced with this company, tyres fitted ok but advised me my brake pads needed replacing, this same advice they gave on a previous car of mine. Took my car to a garage I always use and trust and are friends of the family, asked them to replace the back pads and to check the front too, just recieved a call saying all pads were 6mm and don't need replacing.

Brought 2 continental tyres just before Christmas paid £250 at the Hove branch drove 4 miles then left the car on my driveway untill 10th Jan on return one of the tyres was flat tried inflated it but kept going down could not see anything visible drive back to setyres in Hove and explained there brand new tyres had hardly any use.They said they found a small screw and said this was the cause it took the fitter 3 mins to take the wheel off and fix a puncher they charged me £24
I would have thought they would have done this for free as hardly used the car and just paid them £250 that’s customer service for you “I now have one tyre with a rubber bung hanging out of the central part of the tyre
not even cut flush not sure if it will stay inflated time will tell.! not only this but when changing both tyres they took a chunk out of the alloy rim assume with a tyre lever. won’t be using them again..

Why do you charge different prices for the same tyres at different branches? And MOT’s are charged differently too. Not franchises, so why the difference?
No legit reason for this, and it just seems like customers being taken advantage of again.
All business owners: JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN, DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD! customers are sick if this kind of behaviour.
I was trying to save a little money because everyone is up against it right now. However, I’m going to stick with the regular people I trust and who are completely transparent, even though it’s going to cost me a bit more.
