Excellent estate agents! They managed my property with a high degree with professionalism and efficiency. Ross was very knowledgeable, friendly, tenacious, proactive and found a suitable tenant in less than a week. They took fantastic photos, really showing my property off at its finest. They establish a trustworthy relationship and I feel safe in the knowledge that they will look after my property and can highly recommend them! No usual pushy sales, just honest, reliable and competitive within the market!
Fantastic customer service and made my first ever move so stress free. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy a house.
Special thanks to Denise who was available whenever we needed assistance and was so caring in the entire process.
Brief review (as life is short and everyone is super busy):
Seven Keys: Online family run estate agent that will sell your home for what it is worth through excellent photographs, particulars and exposure through Zoopla, Rightmove, Primelocation and On The Market, with great service from an agent who's always a phone or email away. All for £499 with pay only when you sell. 5/5.
Extended review (justification for the above):
We came across our future house on Zoopla, and noticed that it was listed by an estate agent neither of us had heard before; an online estate agent called Seven Keys. After a prompt viewing, we put an offer in which was later accepted and the rest is history, as they say.
We offered Seven Keys to value our current property before any other estate agents. Ross came late on a Friday evening (which was at our request) and he took us through what he felt our property was worth and detailed the three main packages Seven Keys offered; their highest priced and most attractive package being that at £499 that included professional photographs, EPC, correct floor plan measurements, listings on Zoopla, Rightmove, On The Market AND Primelocation, as well as no sale no fee (albeit with just 12 weeks exclusivity) with ourselves doing all the viewings. As this was the first time selling, we wanted to do our homework and get other quotes.
We spoke to five high street estate agents from our local area, and while the median value was that quoted by Seven Keys, their fees were more than double (minimum £1000 + VAT, so £1200 all in). More importantly, their exposure to sellers were restricted too; most would only offer Zoopla OR Rightmove in addition to Primelocation and/ or On The Market. In addition, most wanted 16 weeks exclusivity (meaning you cannot list with another estate agent until 4 months after you have listed with them if your house hasn't sold) and expect you to pay an additional premium for the agents to actually do the viewings, otherwise it is up to you.
As Seven Keys are an online estate, it was only fair to check the competition (e.g. Purple Bricks and YOPA). Both Purple Bricks and YOPA were £999 with YOPA asking for 16 weeks and Purple Bricks having no sole agency agreement but payment regardless whether your property sold with them or another agent if sold after ten months. Again, obviously we would need to do all of our viewings.
So, for £499 with no sale no fee after 12 weeks exclusivity, and (on paper) the same level of service as all of the other agents, it was a no-brainer to go with Seven Keys.
Ross came round and took some stellar pictures of our property, produced accurate floor plans and wrote a fair description for our property (not over the top or exaggerated). Within a week we had our first viewing. In total, our property was on the market for just under a month, during which time we had five separate potential buyers who viewed our property, two of which made offers.
When an offer came in, Ross immediately shared this with us both in writing and by telephone and allowed us to mull it over before we provided a response. We declined one offer on the basis of it being too low for what we could financially accept, but delegated the negotiation to Ross so that we could accept an offer which we were happy with. Ross did a fine job of this, and we ended up accepting an offer which we felt was fair. I should note that this was ~10% less than the listed price of our property on the market but it was our choice to accept this offer; we could have rejected this and held out for more but chose not to. And, I must stress that no pressure to accept this offer came from Seven Keys.
During the process to complete the sale, Ross was always a phone call away if I wanted any further updates, and when Seven Keys did have new for us, we were informed immediately. Communication from Seven Keys is 5/5.
On moving day, I receive a phone from our solicitor to say that our buyer's solicitor was not in the office this morning and we might not be moving! With my house packed up in a truck, I called Ross in a state of panic. He managed to contact our buyer's solicitor and then able to feedback to us that they were only out of the office for the morning, that everything was arranged and the move was going ahead.
We sold at 12pm, received our keys from Ross at 3pm and have never looked back.
To Ross and the team at Seven Keys: THANK YOU for everything. Again, I must apologise for my impatience and giving you a hard time. I understand it now!
To anyone selling their home: Sell with Seven Keys. Don't Break The Bank... Break The Tradition.
If your reading this good luck with your sale! I was dubious of going on the market with brexit looming and had several estate agents visit. We chose Seven keys and glad we did. Excellent experience from start to finish, Ross ensured he went above and beyond his duties with out of hours questions and extremely competitive prices. You definitely get more than what you pay for with a personal touch with this estate agent. I have recommended Ross on several occasions already and would definitely use him in future sales.
Excellent service - would highly recommend seven keys. Ross was really helpful throughout, open and upfront, and made the whole process really clear and simple. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed an estate agent in the future.
Great experience with seven keys, all the staff are very professional and great at getting back to you.
Very happy with the service and the price only criticism is they must work from a template and some details weren’t quite right but sold straight away so very happy.
Very professional firm excellent communications
I rarely write reviews as I am not easily impressed. Ross found a buyer for my house in 6 weeks. Seven keys offers a friendly, efficient and modern service with customer service very much at the heart of their business. Highly highly recommend them

Excellent value and great results. Ross and his team at Seven Keys are very easy to deal with and offer a very personalised service. Even without taking into account their excellent value packages I couldn't fault the service and a buyer for my property was found in a matter of days.
