Initial confusion over booking as it was a communication issue..Once booking was organized then it flowed well .At delivery time an email stated that the organisation needed to be contacted & it gave the impression monies were to be paid when the contact was just to confirm delivery.Item was delivered in the one hour window given & the driver was friendly

Absolutely appalling customer service.
We entrusted Seven Seas Worldwide with our family’s belongings during an international move. My original review was never about international shipping being complicated—it was about how the company handled problems once they arose.
When an issue occurred with our shipment, we tried to find a practical solution. We asked whether we could access our belongings ourselves to resolve the issue, but were told this was impossible because the depot was a “secure site”. We experienced inconsistent advice, poor communication, little flexibility, and a company that appeared more interested in defending its position than helping its customer.
Following Seven Seas’ public response, I feel it is important to add some context.
They state they cannot investigate my review because I did not provide a booking reference. If that is the case, then they cannot know the circumstances of my shipment. It is therefore disappointing that they chose to make generic assumptions instead of addressing the experience I described.
More importantly, they now state that depot visits are “usually permitted” for their own or partner depots. That directly contradicts what we were told when we asked to access our shipment. Had that option been offered at the time, the situation may have been resolved much more quickly and at far less expense.
The most concerning part of their response is their statement that their drivers are not experts on customs documentation and not expert packers. As customers, we reasonably relied on information provided by Seven Seas representatives in our home. If the company’s position is that customers should not rely on advice given by its own staff, that raises serious questions about consistency and accountability.
Rather than responding to the specific issues raised, Seven Seas have largely explained their internal policies. Policies are one thing; the customer experience is another. My review reflects what actually happened to us, and nothing in their response changes that.
I stand by my original review. If you choose to use Seven Seas Worldwide, make sure every important piece of advice is confirmed in writing rather than relying on verbal guidance, as our experience showed how important that can become.

I am utterly appalled by the lack of professionalism and service from this company. This is now the second time they have failed to show up for a scheduled international collection (Edinburgh to Singapore).
Following the strict instructions given by their office team, my daughter carried 6 heavy boxes down from her 3rd-floor apartment to the main front door. She then sat and waited by the door for hours, but nobody ever arrived. To expect a customer to do the heavy lifting, only to leave them stranded on the street with their belongings, is completely unacceptable.
I have other children in the UK who will need relocating soon, but I will absolutely never use this company again. If you want a stress-free move and a company that actually shows up, look elsewhere. Completely unreliable.

Very poor experience with Seven Seas Worldwide, I would not use them again.
My MoveCube delivery was originally scheduled for Monday 22nd, but just a few days beforehand I was told they could no longer honour that date. I agreed to reschedule, which was already inconvenient, but things only got worse from there.
I then received three different delivery time slots for the same day. Every single one passed with no delivery and no explanation.
I called customer service twice to try and get an update. Both times I was told someone would contact the US team and call me back. Neither callback ever happened.
At this point, I’ve had:
A cancelled delivery date
Conflicting information
Missed delivery windows
No proactive communication
No follow-up despite being promised it
And I still have no idea where my shipment is or when it will arrive.
This has been a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating to deal with. For a company that specialises in international moves, the lack of coordination and basic customer communication is unacceptable.
I will be pursuing partial reimbursement given the disruption caused.
Avoid if you value reliability and clear communication.

They make the process easy and stress free, that was great. They delivered sturdy good boxes for us, we completed the online steps as we go and when done they collected on time and all done. We also loved that we called anytime and talk to a real person that were always kind and patience with all our questions. That was a great service, thank you!

I would highly recommend Seven Seas. to anyone moving their goods abroad.It was a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Excellent communication and when help was needed they are just a phone call away 24/7.Not a thing got broken during transit but I did pack well.
My cube which was a large size was loaded in South Africa by 2 very helpful and capable men who loaded the cube in just an hour.On the UK side be aware that only the driver comes so off loading is the customers duty.Thank goodness the young and extremely pleasant driver helped me.We off loaded the large cube in just over 30mins.

Was a very smooth process for us, moving from the USA to Australia. The inventory process will feel terrifying at first, but it's worth it - our shipment of a house worth of personal belongings sailed through customs with no issues at all, made good time, and their staff at either end were friendly and helpful.

Home delivery is a total lie, I had to go to the delivery centere to pick it up by myself and the third-party delivery company they outsource to is terrible. The staff literally dropped both of my boxes right in front of my face and didn't even bother to apologize. Months have gone by, and customer service is completely non-existent.
