Good easy reliable
The service provided was very good
My boxes were delivered on time
No problems with the documents or customs
The quality of the boxes is not the same as they were previously
The first lot of boxes I received opened up at the sides
I contacted customer services and they sent me more boxes.
A few of the second lot of boxes I received were starting to open up, so I used a lot of tape to secure them.
The bubble wrap and tape was not enough and I ordered more from Amazon

Extremely helpful driver and professional customer services. Boxes, tape and bubble wrap included in service and collection time punctual. Online itinerary initially seemed daunting however quite an easy process. Definitely recommended and I have not received my shipment due to the boxes being recently shipped.

HI Holly, sorry to hear of your unhappiness with our Business Centre Advisors, we will review your calls with our Advisors to find out how this can be improved.
There are no hidden charges, however, your shipment failed to qualify for unaccompanied baggage relief and had to be formally cleared as commercial shipment which incurred additional charge and taxes and duties.
The reason by Australia Customs was that the contents of the shipment did not belong to you and you have not used them in the last 12 month prior to importation.

Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling, I cannot get them to answer an Email let alone get a straight answer when they do. Personally, I would not use them again. However they are happy to send you warning emails even though you are waiting for them to respond. Update. Your response tell me that you didn't bother reading my emails. I asked the question how can the custom and duty be more than what I paid for the item. I wanted the amount to be checked and confirm to make sure the value of the product was given incorrectly, but no response just a demand for money. I felt it was a reasonable request as the invoice you gave me minus the delivery seemed high.

HM Customs require us to calculate the taxes and duties and receive payment which is then paid to them.
This is a specialist activity and is particularly complex when handing personal effects, e.g., each shirt is different depending on the material used for the shirt's buttons. So there is no easy answer for your query about the amount to be paid. We will have a manager call you to see if they can assist in your understanding.
UPDATE, Seven Seas Worldwide fully respects your desire for more clarification on the valuations, we will send you the form that we send to HM Customs for your shipment but will also call you.

Good experience overall
Good experience overall. Firstly, the price breakdown was clear and great value, although I found it difficult to find the UK customs clearance cost.
Filling in the documentation was easy, however to get ToR1 customs clearance into the UK I first recommend marking items as you pack them on a spreadsheet before putting them into each box to make it easier. Then enter the Seven Seas inventory online. Exporting the inventory on a mobile device didn't work for me.
Pick up was good, the driver arrived early but was happy to wait. He even helped lift the heavy boxes which made a stressful morning easier.
Live tracking was extremely helpful to see when our items would arrive. The website Tracker page is fantastic.
One problem we had was our boxes were collected on 22nd January but didn't leave New Zealand until the start of March. This delay was never explained. Then the boxes took four weeks to clear the Panama canal, although at this time the US / Israel war on Iran was affecting all shipping. There was an email update which was helpful.
Delivery was fantastic. Once it had cleared Port of London delivery could be scheduled from the next day. The UK driver was fantastic, helped lift the boxes and unloaded our items quickly and professionally.
Overall they made the process of moving country easy and streamlined, and if you do not require fast shipping of your personal affects I would recommend Seven Seas.

Great service from Sevenseas again! This is the second time we are sending touring bikes abroad.
The process from getting a quotation, getting the documentation right, to the pickup and delivery at the other end are made easy. Help is at hand throughout the process.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Clear pricing and instructions, and a great online portal. Our items all arrived safely and within the quoted timescales. It took a while for the shipment to leave the UK, but once it had, it was super quick! Lovely, helpful drivers, and friendly staff in service centre too.
