Fabulous! Easy pick-up of my belongings, regular updates & communication throughout, the tracking link worked well so I knew where my items were at all times, and drop-off at the delivery destination was seamless. Smooth and very well documented process from the planning to the pickup phase. Seven Seas is a very organized and well versed company. The consultant that assisted me with registering was polite and friendly. They responded quickly with clear answers and instructions to questions. The movers that picked up the boxes were friendly and very well prepared. they handled the boxes with care. Over all it was a very quick and easy process from contacting them to having the boxes collected and shipped.

Be very careful as basic insurance does not cover damage (pointless) and the premium is very expensive per item…having used the company twice in a year with no damage on the way out I just went with no insurance as this time was ordering a large cube and already very expensive as you can imagine having done this twice in one year. A lot of damage to items unfortunately and there is no standard duty of care.
We were told how we had to to pack the container, completely opposite to how we had prepared it at home, told it was in our contract that it had to be done that way, barely stepped foot on the truck everything was taken from us to the point where it didn’t look like things were going to fit, the member of staff thought he was the goat of move cube packing “I’ll make it fit, I’ll make it fit” was even trying to get us to get tools to take bed head apart even thought there was no need and we didn’t have any tools. Wouldn’t have had to “make it fit” had things just been placed in the order we had originally planned. It seemed it was whatever was quickest and he thought he knew best, it was done fast which suited me as who wants that dragged out. Then he was going to his mates house for a cup of coffee. He was quite abrupt and rude to my family member who had only come to help us out. If we want to go down that road then I have my husband, my son and my uncle as witness.
Anyway - damage to 4 items, smashed TV which had been well bubble wrapped, dented and dirty bed frame as he also unwrapped it from the sheet I had put it in even though I told him it was beige and needed to be wrapped, dirty fingerprints all over it as well. Dented mirrors that were well bubble wrapped and packed in a box and had survived the journey out, go figure. And a smashed picture frame which is ok as cheap to replace.
After a few back and forths sadly they have you over a barrel and if you don’t take premium insurance - damage is not covered at all.
Lesson learned.
I also had really poor service on the way out as when the cube had reached new country I asked to make a new payment to turn it around from there and send it back as we knew we weren’t staying - however - they released it to my final destination which then cost me a lot of money that could have been saved had they listened or put note on my file.
Customer service is really bad when you’ve got a problem. They find ways to get out of things.
I have dealt with some very nice staff when organising shipping and I won’t take that away from them but overall - not good - be aware.
As you can see below they will always reply with their skewed version of events and when you are dealing with so many different agents, it’s unclear who has said what to you and they just backtrack. They just automatically deny deny.
Also you are not interviewing the driver - that is a lot of rubbish. The driver has already apparently been spoken with and the case has been deemed as no further action, this was well before now, you are saying what you think makes you look good and what helps the customer. Unless you specifically worked on my complaint you would not actually have a clue what has been going on.
As I said - lesson learned.
