Total SCAM! Do not risk personal effects with this company. They Steal your deposit, recording it as an invoice instead of payment, and tack on later “fees” to exhaust your deposit. They lied a pain in installments, not as a value ad for customer service, but so that they can take a little more at each juncture of the process. My shipment was for just two suitcases 2 small boxes was $1050, the final price with the hidden charges will be so far $2577, i’ve been waiting since September last year and I’m now paying for storage in two places. They promised your daughter to door, but it will make you go to so far away port to clear the goods which takes time and which point they claim storage fees have being accumulating, but they don’t tell you how much and then they slap you with a over $35 a day, a $1200 bill holding the goods ransom for storage fees, you never requested or authorized. Beware of the upsell before your goods leave their origin, they did the scam so that they can try and muddy the waters later when they steal your deposit. That’s why they asked for $99 deposit and then later payment for the remainder hoping that you’ll forget and with the upsell you’ll be confused and just pay the amount. I’m truly they haven’t even replied the deposit and they’ve actually applied it as additional charge. From which they will later to justify applying hidden charges. They will triple charge you for the said upsell amount to account for the deposit they steal. Beware of hidden charges. Also want to let you to be inhumane disrespect, and treatment of customers that this company perpetuates often directly blaming the customer for what’s clearly their fault. I have still yet received to receive the goods and they are demanding more money. I could’ve flown to Australia and back to retrieve the because of myself, and it would’ve been faster and cheaper. “Service is not as described” which falls under visa chargeback rules on your VISA card protection, call your credit card company and request company guaranteed no hidden charges and failed to live up to that promise even there own supplier admitted that the storage fees were not $35 a day! They refuse to deliver them charge storage. I have been here ready to receive the delivery since September it is now March. They send to the wrong place.

The trucks that picked up our 3-pod shipment in the US arrived several hours late, with an attitude of indifference, outside the scheduled window. We did not receive our most valuable piece of artwork that we shipped, and one of my husband's bikes was damaged during inspection because the entire shipping box was carelessly ripped open from the bottom. Some of our kitchenware boxes went missing. The actual delivery men in Australia were stellar.

The online process for scheduling delivery at both ends was quite straightforward for this shipment from US to Australia. I honestly was shocked there was virtually no breakage of fine china and glasswear as well as some personal items. I found communications a bit vague while it was in depot prior to shiping (i.e. 6-8 weeks before it was shipped and I didn't get any updates. But after that I could see where it was and the process was straight forward.

Overall really seamless from door to door! We ordered a pod even without speaking to anyone! Information around pod drop off and pick up was clear and the whole process was clearly detailed online in our account. My only suggestion would be to give customers a clear 24hr gab on when the pod will be delivered - not within 24hrs. As it gets hard having to organise people to help around other people’s calendars.

The delivery from Thailand to Australia was super convenient and fuss free, you get information and notification along the whole process. They provide boxes even materials for to wrap tape and write.
The hotline is very accessible as well if you need to change dates for delivery or drop off.
The only issue we had was they don’t deliver to your door step we stay in an apartment.
Another would be it’s took quite a while so either you ship less important stuff or ship it to your destination earlier when moving.

Seven Seas saved my life.I used it twice in this year.The driver were so friendly and helpful.The office people I called for helped were very helpful and made my questions easy to understand.
The second time for my cube to be pick up I stressed alot because had a operation and was not able to pick up heavy boxes.When he stopped he was friendly as always.He helped loading the boxes with a smile and packed everything to the centimetre...I don't now how he could fit in everything..but he is good.Thank you Seven Seas.Everytime someone is asking on Facebook who can helped with moving abroad I give your name with a big smile.

It's convenient to track the shipment on the website. Hotline staffs are helpful when arranging shipments and giving advice. Drivers are nice and arrived on time.

Was told my boxes would be packed in the next shipment 2 months ago. Never heard anything until I emailed myself - where I was told the next day they would be packed into a shipment. While I understand that mistakes happen, but the customer rep told me I hadn’t been forgotten about which is a complete lie. Disappointing

I had lots of questions and every time I called the person who answered was knowledgable polite and helpful. The driver who dropped off my boxes and the driver who picked up my boxes were both friendly and made me feel that my boxes would be cared for. I’m glad I chose this company they were very reasonably priced as well.
