I found what I needed easily. The only reason I dropped 1 star is that the VAT was added after I checked out which added £6 plus to my total order. I would have preferred to have seen this on my order before I checked out?

Yes, the shopping cart does show the VAT analysis.
But the price you see on every product or category page, included VAT. It is the price you pay for orders delivered to UK addresses.

Fantastic service. Ordered late at night, was shipped the next day and arrived the day after that with DPD delivery. I saved £190 on the retail price of the sewing machine AND they sent a free, high quality sewing machine bag to boot! I ordered fabric dye on 14 th May, hadn’t heard anything so asked where my order was. Reply came, we don’t stock this item, ( despite it being on their website and them happily taking £25 off me)
I asked for a refund, giving my details and still haven’t been reimbursed.
