A lovely website that is easy to navigate, and easy to find what you want. The price of the item I purchased was lower than a couple of places I looked at, PLUS, I have the Brother Creative Quilting Kit added Free of Charge - That made my day, I can tell you! Then there's all the after care and a decent warranty into the bargain - can't wait for my machine to arrive!

I'm really worried if my walking foot will fit my machine as it wasn't in the list. Also why did I pay for P&P as my order was over £30?

I had a problem with the small black plastic lever on my Janome 725S and spoke to Stephen in Technical. He couldn’t have been more helpful (and indeed patient ) as I had to send him a photo of the part.
I have been using this machine for two and a half years and I find it tackles everything I ask of it - stretch, fine and thick fabrics. An amazing price for such a quality machine and the manual is very detailed and the tutorials a great help.
