Easy to find what I wanted, great price, cheaper than elsewhere and I have tried nearly everywhere, and it was easy to checkout. I haven't received the product yet as I've only just ordered it but I expect it to be fine.

Price, speed and quality.
I purchased the starter pack to see where i was going wrong with which stabilser to use with which fabric. Not disappointed as it contains great information. I have since purchased all sorts of stabiliser. Magic.

Sewing machine Sales had the perfect customer service attitude. My scan n cut had a new mother board fitted and I couldn't get it back online. Their manager Stephen helped me by talking me through how to do it. I had to ring him back several times as I just couldn't get my machine to re-register again and he was polite and said he didnt mind how many times I rang. Without his help I would still be struggling, I'm so glad I found a good reliable repair service for my scan n cut. Massive thanks Sewing Machine Sales.

I bought my Quantum Stylist Machine 4 years ago and have been looked after ever since. I recently had my machine in for a service and while there I looked at a new machine the MC6700P. Stevie the manager explained the machine to me and showed me everything. I purchased the machine and it was delivered the next day. My Quantum was serviced and is running beautifully took just 2 working days. I have also purchased new feet that did not come with my new MC6700P online which Stevie the manager helped me with via the shop contact form. I feel secure in the knowledge the correct foot has now been ordered which I know will work beautifully with my sewing genre I will be using on the new machine. My Quantum Stylist will continue to be used for my art class soft sculpture work. It is great so far. My machine is in transit after its repair and service but everything has gone smoothly and quickly so far. The repair was easy to organise and the machine collected from my house as planned. I hope to receive my machine tomorrow. This will be under a week since it was collected (and over a weekend).
