I still am yet to receive the item I purchased from you. I have a complaint logged with paypal and if i dont receive my item soon I will escalate it to a claim.

well i ordered my item 29th january 2012. They took the money out my account 1st Feb 2012 and i still havent had my item and i have emailed and have had no reply so i do not recommend this site at all

Shiiping was taking quite a long time and got no email as to why but when I wanted to cancel my order they were quick, easy and polite. Just wish they would let you know if something is backordered or why it took awhile to ship.

Small problem in dispatching my order but several phone calls later they dispatched overnight free of charge.

Top quality goods and great prices.

ORDERED ON 23/12 ITS NOW 17/01 & STILL NOTHING. YOU MAKE UP YOUR OWN MINDS ON WHETHER TO USE THIS COMPANY. HAD E MAIL SAYING THEY WERE NOT SURE IF I WANTED 2 OF THE SAME ITEM & REPLIED THAT IT S ONLY 1 ON THE 08/01 & STILL NOTHING.

Wrong quantity initially sent. Sent a mail, got a phone call situation resolved.

Got the help I needed and they told me the order would get to me in 3-5 days and i got after 2. So I'm very satisfied.

Ordered 3 products last week on thursday, and got it today!!! Very fast delivery and good customer service.

Price was good, but so far not received item.
Ordered on 2nd, got email to say despatched on 5th, but UPS tracker says parcel not yet received by them, only lable has been ordered, this on the 7th.
Poor service, would think twice before ordering again.

Just read reply below. Item was posted from Malaga on the 9th pm.
I was told it was posted on the 5th and then told later that they were unable to access stock for 2days.
Was the wrong colour when it arrived, no one advised me of this.
All I wanted was for them to do what they promised, to tell me to use express next time is laughable!

Having read the new comment posted, it is obvious that the company do not read my comments properly or choose to ignore them!
I repeat - the item was not posted to me when they said it had been, and I was fobbed off when i enquired why this was the case.
UPS managed to deliver within 24 hrs when they received the package.
As for contact, my answerphone works fine.

I stand by what I stated, UPS tracking shows item was received by them on the 9th.

I find this site totally misleading, for a start their URL is co.uk despite apparently being based in Canada?
totally unreliable, I did not recieve a conformation email DESPITE the money being taken out my account right away, and no info on my order or response.

I was gladly surprised by the kind and understanding customer service they gave me.

I found it strange that one of the bottles I purchased had the label missing . Did not find this to professional . The service was quick . It was my first time and probably will purchase from this company again.
