ordered courier said delivered i have not recived can not contact company

On 19 october I made purchase and I still not received an order conformation email. I have send couple of email without any reply.
If I don’t get any response today I will ask for refund from PayPal.

At the moment I am unable to leave an opinion as the product I have ordered is out of stock, so have not received my product.
