Fantastic web design.
Good web experience and good collection of products.
downside: some products are expensive compared to competitors and shipping is way too high. Still don't know why you don't use parcel force or normal post which should cost a fraction of your current postal charges. Your postal charges are eating into the amount I have to spend.

inacurate information about delivery and account access
The email acknowledging my order said I could track the progress of the delivery by FEDEX but the consignment number was not recognised by FEDEX. The email also said I could log on to my account but the website didn't recognise my email address.
Despite this, the item I wanted did arrive. So not a complete disaster!

On this occasion very bad
In my first order the wrong item was sent. When I re-ordered I discovered on opening the parcel that only ONE of the TWO items ordered and paid for had been sent. Though I immediately emailed back to say there was an item missing from the delivery I have heard nothing further.

And the customer care is very friendly and helps very well.
Maybe they have to improve the site, because sometimes is slow and you can't reach some pages.
