Please accept our apologies for the problems you have experienced with our shipping. With packages delivered in the UK and Ireland we dispatch using Royal Mail. We do offer a next day delivery service with an alternative courier, but this will cost you a little more.
With all of our orders we supply tracking codes so that you can check the progress of your package online. If you have not received this code, please check your junk mail or contact our customer services department.
We do our utmost to ensure that packages arrive as promptly as possible. Sadly, it appears as though other businesses that use Royal Mail also encounter similar problems with postage. This is an issue we will discuss with Royal Mail, but it is part of their policy to wait until 28 days before a package is considered ‘lost’.
In future, we advise you to consider our alternative shipping options. We will advise all Irish customers to take up the next day delivery option in future. However, we will continue to offer the Royal Mail option so that our customers can get the best value for money.

very slow delivery
when i order goods from the u.s.a or france, belgium i got them on the 4th day normal postage. u.k is just across the road from ireland. i still not have my order that's the truth. last time ordering something else from u.k took me 2 weeks to get it on a different website. what's wrong with u.k? I beleive my order is probably dealt professionaly, but where is it at this moment? Not with me. Thanks!

We are really sorry that you have not received any communication from us. Our records indicate that we have emailed you on a number of occasions to let you know the progress of your order, with at least one email in April and the latest one being just last week. Please check your junk mail, as sometimes our emails will get filtered by your email server.
When you ordered the product it was out of stock. We emailed to inform you of this, with later correspondence made to let you know that we were now ready to send the stock to you in reply to the email you sent to us. Sadly, we did not receive a reply.
I have now cancelled your order and refunded your payment for you. Please be aware your bank may take 3 – 5 working days to return the money to your account.
Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you have encountered. We hope this has not put you off shopping with us and we look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Great service
i had problems buying on the website, so phoned up customer services and was pleasantly surprised. I got some great advice from the lady on the phone and ended up buying a more appropriate item for my needs. The order went through without a problem and arrived the next day.
