Order number 4430 has not been delivered....nearly 2 months now. This company is shocking and uses a courier service that is even worse.....SGK! The only time Shabby should be used is when talking about the sh..it level of service....or lack of in this case!

Was honestly expecting something much lighter and flimsier to be honest, for the price! Fantastic bit of furniture that will clearly last for many years. Wrapped well without layers and layers of packaging, which is great compared to the likes of Amazon who wrap tiny things in huge boxes that end up never being recycled. Happy customer!

Overall excellent experience. Arrived within 4 weeks, and is made very well. Easy to put together, took about 10 mins from start to finish. My friend helped me although I could have done it myself I believe. The wood grain is stunning, very characterful and I’m very pleased that it’s been made by hand.

Perfect. Arrived on time with friendly couriers, the service was excellent. They listened to my request and suggested the best way to make it. Easy to put together and considering how far it had to travel I am overjoyed.

Fantastic! Couldn’t be happier, shipping didn’t take too long considering how far it had to come and everyone was very helpful with communicating. I messaged support for an update and they replied within 24 hours. It’s really beautiful and well made, the legs are very strong and sturdy, and the wood is something else! It has so much character but still fits in my quite modern space. Thank you so much!

The galvanised legs have become very rusty after only a few weeks and during the dry summer period! Clearly a defect as the galvanisation has peeled off. Still trying to get the issue resolved but no response following my emails of 25 August and 3 September.

I received my much waited for table. One leg was bent at the support and it was 120x85 not 120x88. There was one missing foot pad and whilst I had 2 replies I'm still waiting forward conclusive reply. I ended unmaking and remaking it so it is less wobbly but its still short in length and missing a foot pad so cuts into my carpet. Customer service terrible.

Same experience as the reviewer below. Ordered a table 13 June, told it was ready for delivery 25 July - then nothing. Emailed to enquire and was told the delivery company would get in touch. They didn't, and Shabby Bear stopped replying to my emails. So I contacted the delivery company myself to he told Shabby Bear have put the order on hold. Same as the other reviewer - they have my money, I have no table. I notice the negative reviews here are all from the UK, positive ones are abroad. Seems odd that people are ordering big heavy wooden products to the US, and what a coincidence they are all happy. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Purchased the wooden butchers block and sadly when it arrived it had been damaged in transit. Such a shame as the quality of the product is lovely and a perfect 'fit' for our kitchen.

A replacement was made and shipped with additional packaging, which was very much appreciated, and now we have a wonderful piece of furniture which will last years. Thank you Shabby Bear Cottage :)

Excellent, received quickly for something made from scratch! The last handmade piece I ordered from another company took 8-10 weeks so this was excellent, arrived in 6 weeks.

Dining table looked good once arrived but did have some small issues due to damage in transit and missing part which the company have agreed to resolve. Main reason for only 3stars is the company are very difficult to get hold of and response time was several weeks on one occasion.

Can’t believe how nice my table is, it’s so well made and really heavy. You can tell it’s handmade, even the legs have been carefully crafted and I love that you can actually see the welds. Clearly lots of pride in their work and I couldn’t be happier. People who are worried about delivery times, it’s being made by hand - so waiting is normal. Not buying from Amazon (thank goodness). Very happy! Thank you!

Wow! Really nice dining table and coffee table, my son loves them and says they fit perfectly. He’s already had lots of compliments and said that delivery was quick. Can’t wait to see it!

Very nice table, delivery was on time. Was expecting to wait a bit longer but arrived quickly. Nice texture to it and looks great in my new kitchen, my friends have all said how nice it looks. Wish that I had bought a bench, I’ll get one for Christmas I think! 10/10

Really great, couldn’t be happier with my dining table. Everything went smoothly, happy to wait for a handmade product of this quality. Was quoted 8 weeks for a bespoke size and it arrived in 5, very pleased. So happy it’s not cheap tat and actually made properly, they really have made it to a high standard. The whole family have said how lovely it is. Excellent!
