Absolutely gorgeous furniture! Would highly recommend. There was a bit of wait time to receive my furniture which was completely understandable with it being handmade and I had regular updates about my order via the live chat on their website!

Love love love my new table. Delivery was fast, about 4 weeks from order until delivery. Was so easy to put together, I was expecting a bit of an ordeal but in the end it was just screws and bolts and took about 5 mins in total. Overjoyed with how it looks. Delivery driver was helpful, although in a hurry. But he was on time, so can’t fault it! Can’t wait for dinners now 😀

Such a nice toy shelf! I fit all of my boys things on it easily, I bought but baskets to store things underneath too. It’s so solid, I’ve screwed it to the wall with the free kit because he will climb on it - but I know it won’t do any harm! Courier was good, although it took a week to reschedule but they’re only in my area once a week so it’s understandable. They arrived in the slot, and communicated beforehand so I could get home on time. Playroom is now complete and very happy!

It gets better !! After waiting four days for a response to my email . Suddenly a reply ! Stating the war in Ukraine and spam folders for no response ! Have been told it will be collected for delivery this weekend ! Have asked for a refund ! Tried to offer me £20 to remove my trustpilot review !!!! A complete joke

Very good service. Arrived on the 5th week, a little earlier than the 6 weeks stated. Looks excellent, no chance of the kids breaking it that’s for sure. Thanks!

Amazing!!! Great piece of furniture, the character is to die for. Really smooth, but still looks reclaimed. I struggled to find something that didn’t look like plastic or cheap wood, as we live in a new build I wanted to bring some character back. As others have said, it will arrive, just be patient, there is the Ukraine crisis and that does affect things. I have a similar situation at my place of work so I just waited patiently. It arrived a week late, but that’s no problem for me as it’s so nice.

Very nice table, will last a long time I’m sure. Great communication, I emailed their support team needing to update my address and it was sorted the next day. Couldn’t be happier

Love my new table, it’s great. Really solid, and sturdy, and the wood is so beautiful. Such a beautiful grain, it really looks the part. I can’t stop looking at it, so much so I’ve invited everyone over this weekend so that I have a chance to show it off! Delivery was a little late, but that’s understandable due to the current situation. Be patient, it will arrive. Support was excellent and they responded quickly.

I ordered a bench and stools on 23rd January with the promise this would be delivered in 3 weeks.
I have emailed Shabby Bear many times NOBODY responds except generic "thank you for your patience" emails they have NO PHONE NUMBER so you can't speak to anyone.
I was sure I had been SCAMNED!
In the end I got my bank to raise a dispute as, to date, I still have received NOTHING!!
Don't buy from these people they don't value their customers ...Dunelm do !!!

So hard to find quality stuff these days that’s not been imported cheaply, this really isn’t one of those things. I wanted furniture that would last and wouldn’t fall apart quickly, as my last dining set lasted about 6 months before starting to wobble. It’s heavy and made of solid wood, just as it says. There are big screws, welded heavy metal and everything about it just tells me this will last longer than anything I’ve owned before. Over the moon. The delivery chaps were so kind, they brought it up to my living room and put it where I wanted, I didn’t even have to ask. Would give more stars if I could.

Excellent furniture. Purchased a breakfast bar in January and arrived in the expected timeframe. No issues with delivery, service was great and responded to any questions quickly. Very happy, will be back when the extension is complete!

When I ordered my unit the website advised a 2-4 week turnaround. When I emailed them, I got an autoreply that said delivery would be 4-6 weeks from order. Further emails weren't replied to for weeks (lost in spam apparently) and it finally arrived after nearly 9 weeks. But, the finished product really is lovely with a high quality feel, so in my opinion it is well worth the wait.

I really didn't want to write a review but feel like people should be made aware of this 'small family business'. If they are a real company (I note that a fair amount of these 'positive' trust pilot reviews look very fake - looks like trust pilot are already onto this from the warning at the top of the page!),
I believe they are in fact completely out of their depths, their customer service levels are shocking. I can't comment on the product itself because my order never made it to me and I disputed the claim with my bank due to no delivery and no updates. I also note the the 'Rated excellent by you' on their website has no link to back up the 'positive' reviews.
BE VERY CAREFUL.

**Update - I see they responded below. To confirm, I did get 1 email from them AFTER my order was already delayed, HOWEVER this was only after I emailed to find out what was going on.. it was not off their own backs to contact me about any delays. This is why I said they are out of their depths and customer service is very poor. You should be keeping customers in the loop the whole way through and this just did not happen.
I decided to go to my bank after reading other reviews of difficulty cancelling and refunds on here, and after some basic checks of their website that I mentioned above looked wrong. I had already been waiting 7+ weeks for my order.

Wow, wasn’t expecting such a solid dining table for the price. It’s heavy, the wood is thick, the steel is actually thick steel (unlike others we have seen), and it looks like it will last for a lifetime. We asked about different finishes and they were very accommodating to our needs, even by going through our pictures of our new flooring and room and advising us on the tones we would need. Now it’s in its new spot it 100% fits and looks amazing. Had a small spill on it the first evening and was easily wiped up with a soft cloth, no marks left. I’ve also purchased some of the wax so that I can touch it up if needed, which is so much easier than our last table which was clearly cheap and poorly made now that I have something to compare it to.
Delivery was good, we were informed of the slight delay due to the iron ore imports and we were happy to wait, after all its being made for us especially, and it’s not like it’s imported from China where they just have lots of cheap stock. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who asks. Overjoyed!!

Love it love it love it. Just perfect really, what can I say? Slight hiccup with having to wait a little longer but they make everything to order so it’s to be expected in current times. Communicated all the way and gave me plenty of notice for the new delivery date. Courier was friendly, my hallway is complete! Thank you

Adore my table! It’s just wonderful! Delivery guys were great, they brought it into my house and asked if I needed any help, very polite. Easy to put together, very well made and heavy, you can see that it’s made by them and not in a factory which is just what I want. Thanks guys

Ordered in January and arrived quickly, I have a dining table and breakfast bar for my new kitchen, absolutely over the moon. Very smooth, but still has character and adds a touch of something special to the space. Overall contact was easy and the courier gave me a 2 hour window where they arrived on time and were very helpful

Ordered on 9th Jan 2023 for delivery w/c 13th Feb 2023. NO CONTACT and after many emails finally told there was a delay due to the war in Ukraine and that in would be another 3-4 days. Nothing for a further week. Saw the reviews on here so decided to email again. NO REPLY again. Finally answered and stated that in should be finished end of Feb to March! I bet they haven't started it yet. Decide to email again and they answered straight away when I said I would be making a claim against my credit card for a refund. They offered a refund but will now not answer my emails to asking when this refund will take place. All very dodgy if you ask me. No telephone number so everything is on email. Read the other reviews as well about them.
