From start to finish an incredibly easy approach even though completely remote. I have never had such clear instructions from start to finish. We hung them ourselves which we didn't think we would do.

We had been looking at various options to reduce heat and create shade in our London kitchen which has got a sizeable glass 'lean-to' extension. Changing the glass was going to be very expensive and installing blinds would have given the modern kitchen more of a corporate look that we did not want.

We came across Shadeplus on-line. We loved the idea of sails to create a more interesting shading design. From my initial call, through the custom design process to the self installation, the whole process was about as good as you could imagine. The staff are excellent, clear communicators and the process very straight forward.

We have now been through a hot summer making far better use of the kitchen. The sails look great and the whole family loves them. We would highly recommend the company.

Extremely pleased with our shade sail blinds. Definitely makes a difference in hot sunny weather. We’re situated by the South coast and we’re able to use the conservatory again in the summer. Ours were fitted by Marla Blinds and the customer service from both them and InShade for the design consulting was excellent. Definitely recommend them.

I have 5 of these shades in my conservatory, they look good and do a great job.
Unfortunately when I needed to replace one I could not get a price from them, they seem intent on trying to persuade me to replace the lot.
These guys are stuck with out of date sales tactics, circa 1980's...time share, double glazing etc.

We have been very pleased and impressed with the quality of the product and the professional approach by InShade. Having researched similar products, InShade came out on top and it proved that we made the right choice. We fitted the sails ourselves having extensively measured our conservatory in accordance with InShade's instructions. The sails were produced from these measurements and fitted perfectly.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company and product as they are 100% perfect.

I am happy to recommend highly both the service and product.The personal service was excellent with great advice and input on a stunning design, tailored to what we wanted to achieve, followed by attention to detail in measuring and fitting. Everything was explained clearly throughout including costs.Our conservatory has been greatly enhanced in looks and function. The blinds achieve the shading we desired whilst still retaining an open and airy feel.The ease of cleaning is a tremendous advantage to previous close fitting wired blinds as well as no more trapped bumble bees!

We were delighted with Shadeplus and InShade from the word go. Extremely friendly, helpful and practical advice on everything - and hugely patient with us too. The way the plan is drawn up for you is so clever too, and we loved the way you're talked through all the options so clearly. We put the sail up ourselves and are really pleased with it. The advice given by Shadeplus as to what style of blind could be provided at what cost was straight forward and helpful in enabling us to come to a decision. The directions as to how the all important measurements were to be obtained were easily understood and the extra effort to deliver the blinds early so they could be installed for a houseful of weekend visitors was very much appreciated. First class service all round!

i feel i must write a 5 star review for this company as it is very rare these days to find a company that gives a high quality product and and high quality costumer service. jill ella and matt could not be more helpful. it was very easy to do the online survey with matt and he made it very simple to understand. the blinds turned up slightly before time and they do look very stylish and do lower the temperature in the conservatory i fitted the blinds myself (ex carpenter) but anyone with a little diy knowledge should be able to do it. well done to all the team at shadeplus

I wholeheartedly recommend this company for both their service and their product. I had 5 bespoke blinds installed in my entirely glass, high ceiling living space, to minimise glare and reduce summer temperatures.

The blinds have far exceeded my expectations in terms of both fulfilling their purpose and style. I was nervous that they could be too “tent” like – but they’re not at all. They somehow manage to fulfil their purpose whilst elevating the style of the room. The glare and heat are noticeably reduced and anyone who comes into our living space is in awe of the wonderful design. Not only this, but they are also practical – they can be easily taken down and put in the washing machine!

The team I dealt with could not have been more helpful in explaining the product and process, coming up with an entirely bespoke design and installation.

Altogether, this is a company who deserve awards for service and design.

Fantastic company, highly recommend . We originally spoke to Ella who arranged a consultation with Matt. The consultation was very thorough on the phone and on line and we were given a price straight away. We were then send a form to complete with all the measurements required . We received the blinds today and it took my husband less than an hour to fit them and they look great. Matt and Ella were so friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was made so easy for us.

First class from start to finish, the whole process was made easy with the help of lovely customer service throughout the whole process, from design to the final product.
The shades look fantastic up and they work well in our south facing conservatory.
Would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I am so pleased with our new sail blinds. We chose x3 one with a contrasting blue which looks very stylish.
My husband was able to put up the blinds himself without too much difficulty. He does have a little d.i.y. experience and so was quite confident having full instructions with the knowledge that help was only a phone call away.
I must compliment the whole team from the first consultation through to customer services.

Shadeplus have been a joy to deal with. We visited their head office to see the product first hand and received great help from sales and design people. The instructions for measurement were very clear and samples provided lead us to placing an order for four blinds. Design and production took place on time and the blinds arrived a day early. With clear instructions installation was simple. We are absolutely delighted with the blinds which allows use of the conservatory without glare and heat.

Dealing with shadeplus where flawless from start to finish, the sail shades where very easy to self fit.
The conservatory doesn’t get quite so hot now and stops a lot of glare, we are planning to add more shades later in the year.
The company was so easy to deal with, and Ella and Matt where very helpfull and professional.

In Shade have been brilliant. I went for the self installation option and had a great experience of working with their engineers. Both the measuring and installation of the fixings was made easy.

The blind looks well made and flawless.

I have just completed my installation of my blinds. I was concerned as to whether I was going to be able to manage this but it has worked out very well. They look beautiful and we are very pleased with the out come. InShade staff have been very helpful and customer focused and although it has taken some time the whole experience has been very satisfactory

I decided to fit InShade sails in the spring of 2018. The design process was iterative and very professional. And great fun too! The measuring and fitting processes were undertaken by Marla Custom Blinds and was excellent.

The InShade sails have transformed my conservatory - it's now the Garden room and is used every day throughout the year. I am genuinely delighted with the result.
