The sails have totally transformed our tired conservatory. The old pull across blinds made the area dark and soulless. Our sails have opened up the roof space and the two tone effect is striking. The team were brilliant from start to finish and had so much patience- true all the measuring was stressful but my goodness the sails which we fitted ourselves fit beautifully. Thank you so much Jo and team, great job.

The quality is first class and the conservatory has changed from a greenhouse to a comfortable room even on the sunniest of days.

I cannot fault Shadeplus at all throughout any stage of the researching, ordering and installation process for my stunning new sail shades. Joe, Gill and the team were outstandingly helpful and patient with me. They always went above and beyond with their customer service and came back to me swiftly and efficiently with any questions or concerns I had throughout the design, ordering and installation process.

Phone calls were always either answered or replied to quickly and with attention to every single detail I raised, All my emails, (and I'm known to send a few with lots of questions!!) were answered promptly and filled with all the information and reassurance I needed at any stage. Even when I called at the weekend when the office was shut I received an unexpected phone call on the following work day to ask if everything was ok and to query why I'd needed to phone as Joe had seen they'd missed my call. Every stage I received the very highest level of customer service and the staff were always patient, friendly, understanding and incredibly helpful.

Myself and my husband were able to fit the shades easily ourselves! I know Joe had said it would be easy and fool proof and it really was! I was so impressed by the ease of installation.

My shades are gorgeous! I love everything about them; the quality is outstanding, the look and feel of the fabric is superb, the colours of the shades are perfect, the sleek contemporary design of the shades looks great in my new conservatory. I really am delighted. To make it all even better, the cost of these stunning shades worked out around half the price it would have cost me to have traditional, out dated, ugly and less practical traditional conservatory blinds fitted.

I would recommend this company and these shades to people a million times over.

We decided to use Shadeplus Sail blinds in our conservatory having looked at several other options. We are delighted that we did. The design service was excellent and staightforward to use. The instructions on how and where to measure very simple. There was no pressure on us to hurry the process and we had plenty of time and information before we made our decision. The sails are easy to self fit and we are so pleased we decided to go with this "alternative" to traditional expensive blinds.

The blinds are now up and I just wanted to say WOW they are amazing! So practical, but very stylish, we are absolutely delighted with them. Also wanted to praise you and your team for your professionalism throughout the process and expert advice, guidance and reassurance.

Bought house with conservatory and horrible, dirty Venetian blinds - put in skip as quickly as I could. Decided didn't want that sort of blind and had a vision of soft Aladdin tent type blinds. Did lots of research on-line and found Shadeplus. From my first enquiry to our final fitting (done by ourselves - as long as measurements are done correctly - no issues fitting) I have been really pleased. Company (particularly Joe) helped me throughout the whole process - and this was done completely over the phone and on-line.
Blinds are now up, giving us good shade and look great....we are really pleased and I am delighted I found this web-site during my research.

The service from the team was excellent from start to finish. We installed the blinds in about an hour and WOW what a difference they make. Not only shade from the sun but look fantastic too.
We now feel that this will make using the conservatory much more comfortable throughout the summer months.

From 1st contact through to completion and post sales the customer service was superb. Shadeplus were in constant contact all the way through the process and guided us every step of the way.

The sails are a great addition to our conservatory and have made it a room we can enjoy year round, not just spring and autumn. The room seemed cosy and warmer in the winter and on the odd bright & hot day we've had in the last month the room is cooler and the sunshine glare has been greatly reduced. Just need the height of summer to really test the sails but all good so far.

It took me a while to get around to fitting them but once I committed to it, it actually took no time at all. Having read through the instructions, they were clear and included appropriate images of the design. this was accompanied by everything being clearly labelled. The end result is amazing, they look really good.

Very helpful and any queries quickly answered. Joe and all the design staff were very thorough, efficient and very pleasant. What we thought might be a complicated experience was made so much easier by them. Installation was quite straightforward. The shades look good but as we ordered them to arrive at the end of summer they haven't been fully tested yet! However they look good and should do the job.

Really pleased with the end result - looks great. Really helpful company too - plenty of support from the design stages through to delivery of the product. Very satisfied.

Design for our conservatory was very good, they listened to what we wanted and then we spoke to the designer on the phone whilst they showed us the computerised image online. It took me ages to do measurements and get back to them about things (my own fault!!....children, work, home, etc!) but they kept in touch in the meantime to just gently nudge me when they had been waiting too long!
Once we had the sails my husband put them up very easily by himself and they are just what we wanted!

For the Sails in a Conservatory, the company listened to our requirements and over the internet, explored design and practicality in a real time situation. As they had graphic representation of the conservatory a simple solution was quickly drawn up. The company, through experience, have made small changes to previous designs in fabric material and methods of mounting the sails, that is even easier than before, even then was very practical. We have used this company before and recommend it to a number of people when they admire the current designs. Thanks to the team.

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Shadeplus and can't recommend them highly enough. Our conservatory had some unusual shapes and existing structures which made the design very tricky to create yet the team were determined to find a functional and beautiful solution. These shades in situ look fresh and uber modern. We are thrilled with the result and totally admire their creative process.

Friendly, professional, efficient sales team. Good quality product, fitted shades ourselves very easily. Very happy with end result.

We tried two sails and then realised that we needed another, they were very easy to measure and equal as easy to fit.The communication was good. Everyone comments on how lovely the sails are.They are very architectural and pleasing to look at.

From the first phone call to the delivery of my InShade sales for my conservatory... first class 5 star care. Very classy sails so different to blinds... will recommend and if any one wanted to see them up .. you would be more than welcome to visit.

From the outset Shadeplus came across as very professional. Through the planning, ordering and fitting stages the staff were very thorough to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and on hand to answer any queries.
