Our actual shipping policy is on every product page, at the footer of our website as well as the estimated delivery date at the checkout. You made your order on the 30th of May and the item was shipped on the 1st of June, so it is very much still within our shipping policy timeframe. You can also see from the tracking that Evri has your parcel and it will be with you shortly. We have communicated with you on this matter as soon as you sent us an email, which was yesterday morning.

I ordered the wrong size initially and contacted the company who promptly said no problem at all to change it, Infact they asked a few more sizing questions and I ended up ordering a completely different size which was a perfect fit!

Best Christmas Jumper ever
This company is simply the best I’ve found so far. Their communication is and customer service is undoubtably the best. Item was cute but unfortunately what I ordered did not fit me and there is not a bigger size I can exchange it for so I had to return it. Apart from that the communication was great and I have no complaints.
