Purchased my item and it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve emailed the company twice and no response. Do not spend your money with these people.

fellow customers from this shop i am trying to send an item back but i cant find or get hold of them to return it, any advice where i send this to please they are nor responding to any communication at all!!!!!

Fast ordering and delivery, would use again

I ordered 2 coats one of them did not arrive and I messaged this company so they said it got lost in the post so they sent another one out which took 2 more weeks. I sent one back and still not received my refund, I have emailed on multiple occasions and no one getting back to me and my refund has not been refunded!

I ordered a bandage dress which took around 2 weeks to arrive. It was nice but the fit of the dress was strange and puckered at the sides so I returned it. I paid £4.99 for the delivery and another £4 something to post it back. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Just like to say I received the incorrect size boots , but after my email to them shaksboutique went out of there way to sort this out , and I will definitely be back to shop with them again.

Even though my coat did not fit me, customer service was excellent and very understanding :)

Bad customer service with no reply to various constant forms of contact .only did when advised been in contact with trading standards. Refuse to refund postage paid although sent screenshot from trading standards that postage is consumers pay is suppose to be refunded under 14 day change of mind consumer contract. Items come from China and takes 14 days plus to arrive plus sizing incorrect to sizing chart . Wouldn’t even give one star

I see from your reply the lies about your contacting xx amount of times . Iv got proof of one from you after I countless times emailed texted called voicemails

The fur coat I received was really nice and full, I received regular updates on my purchase and it came a couple days earlier than expected. I definitely will be ordering from here again.

I would also say it’s true to size so you’ll probably only need to go one size up
