Regular updates and offers to organise an order. When the coat arrived my daughter was thrilled. It's a very good looking coat and will keep her warm and dry throughout the winter.

I ordered a crochet outfit from this company and the image they sent of the actual outfit compared to the online photo were completely different. I mentioned this to them before I purchased this and they said that it was due to bad lighting... The outfit arrived and, just as I thought, it is completely different to the photo on their website. False advertising I feel absolutely robbed, especially because they lied to me and said it was exactly the same. Cheap tatt that arrived broken! Flimbsy bit of string for the shoulder straps that are actually completely different lengths. The bottoms don't even go up over my thighs and I am a size 10, this is meant to be a large! I have requested information on where I can return the product to get my money back for the whole transaction but the email address for them is now bouncing and the website is completely gone! I have paid nearly £50 to them for this and now dont know what to do about getting my money back!!

This company is a joke, to cut a story short they pick and choose when to respond. It took a while for them to respond with the returns address and they only replied cause of leaving a review on here. They received the items over 2 weeks ago, when asked when I will receive my refund I was told in a few days. It’s now exactly 2 weeks and still nothing and I’m not getting any response. So if I was you don’t buy anything from this site

Yes finally eventually I received my order.
Yes you responded at the start of my emails,yet after a few emails sent to you with no reply the wait of deli ery and no response until I reviewed on trustpilot.
Yes I'm happy with my order,but considering your site says 7-14 days delivery and it not being delivered for up to 4 weeks to arrive will without question purchase from elsewhere.
Upside to it all this dilemma in my opinion was God forbid I wasn't purchasing for a special event like a lady did do after now reading other reviews.

I bought the lovely green jacket with gold lion buttons, it arrived within days and is superb quality, I absolutely love it, I get loads of comments when wearing it and all my friends want to borrow it and 2 of them have asked me for the website for them to buy one for themselves.
