Excellent Service/Products
I love everything about Shaksboutique. I contacted them via chat and they were very responsive (literally within seconds) and helped me with sizing. I placed my first order and I must say I am very impressed. The quality of the jacket and the fit was perfect, so perfect I have ordered two more jackets from the boutique which I am very excited about receiving.

Waste of time
Totally disappointed with this purchase. It took 4 weeks to receive an item that wasn’t even packaged properly after charging me 3.99 for delivery. Then the shoe height was a minimum of 5inch after me checking with the seller prior and being told it was 3.5. I specifically checked the heel height prior as I can’t wear high heels due to back problems. When I sent an email to advise how disappointed I feel I have just been ignored! Lesson learned!!

I ordered one of the festival co ords and absolutely loved it when it came in! Overall experience was great! Shakira was lovely and answered any questions I had, all of this whilst dealing with a broken limb! 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews. however I came across the shaksboutique website searching for a birthday dress. I came to trust pilot to check the validity of the site, and saw a mixture of reviews most complaints over the delivery times. I thought I’d chance it because the dresses were cute and affordable. I used the live chat on shaksboutique to find whether they had the dress in stock that I wanted, and how quickly I could receive it. The assistant was very helpful and I received my dress at the agreed time. It was so gorgeous, got loads of compliments and I’d definitely order again. I hope that helps anyone uncertain about testing the water 😆

I purchased the crop top with mini shorts, the delivery was super quick, you get a little company card that comes with it, mine also had a promo code on too use on my next purchase, which is such a lovely touch, also the packaging comes in is pink which gives it more of a girly feel too it and well packaged too, I got many compliments asking where I got my outfit from and very reasonably priced for a small business boutique also.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Lovely top arrived in good condition and as advertised. Love my new item. The delivery was slightly out of the estimation given, but I am guessing that this is because it was coming from China. Nevertheless, once it was due to reach my local depot, I received an email from Shaksboutique to inform me it was soon to be delivered.
