The concept of Shaksboutique came to life as my daughter (Shakira) has an eye for fashion and experience in the modelling industry, whilst my (Alexandra’s) nurturing traits as well as interest and passion to encourage my children, in order for them to fulfil their dreams, created this beautiful business. Ordered a dress for my sons 18th ordered it in good time 3weeks before the occasion. Didn't hear anything in like a week and half so messaged them, then sent me an email saying great news it's on it's way? Then a week later still not arrived? So I contacted them again because the tracking number given was not working. I tryed ringing customer services but just got cut off. At this point I just thought I'd bn ripped off and it wasn't even a company. So I asked for a refund but they wouldn't refund me. So long story short I ended up wearing a old dress I had for the special occasion. The dress arrived 1 week after my lads party. So 4 weeks it took to come. I was so frustrated all the messaging back and forth. I would avoid this company if you want speedy delivery. They need to be forth coming on how long it will take for your order to be delivered. It was like they lied it was on its way to shut me up and it just frustrated me more when it didn't turn up.

Bad experience regarding the delivery service, but I can’t fault the communication from this provider, they responded pretty much immediately, remained professional and had no issue providing me with a refund.

Super service and item
I ordered a gym set for my daughter, because it was taking a little longer to be delivered I emailed to ask where it was (my fault, I didn’t read the expected delivery time) I was instantly replied to, my query was answered instantly.
The next day when our package arrived, the set was amazing, great quality and super fit.
I would recommend Shacksboutique to friends and family.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Got in touch to inform me of other options as they could be shipped faster, I was willing to wait for the colour I wanted and was kept updated of its journey. The outfit is great, looks small when you take it out of the packaging, but fits perfectly and is super stretchy.

We always work with our customers to fix any issue that may occur so this is why I contacted you and contacted Royal Mail to see what had happened to your delivery as the tracking on the website showed that both items has been delivered. I then discovered that your delivery address was different to your billing address. So your parcel was shipped to the delivery address you gave and not your home.

edit: i see the company has replied saying i received the item the day after this review was left. whilst this was true, it is intended to minimise my complaint. in actuality, the item took 3 weeks and 4 days to arrive which is just not an acceptable amount of time for an order being shipped within the UK. had the website reflected this before ordering i wouldn’t have complained, but it didn’t.
