I'm surprised at review request... Not at all happy with the item I received... Looks nothing like item ordered and the sizing is ridiculous... Not true to size... (very small)
Material was very cheap and item cheaply made... It's sad that you put your trust into these company's and they don't care...

Ordered stuff over 14days still waiting for my items to arrive. Really disappointed as tracking links doesn't work. Emailed twice customer service does respond but unfortunately items have not arrived

I like the jacket I bought but it took a very long time to arrive. Communication wasn’t the best.

No tracking for my parcel at all. I ordered at the start of March and still have not received anything. I have emailed facebooked instagrammed when I commented on a public post they then responded saying they will get bk to me with info on my parcel. Still nothing .. very very poor communication and still no idea when or if I will receive my parcel.

I stumbled across shacks boutique whilst scrawling the Internet for a blazer. I’ve never heard of a company before but I was impressed with the items they had for sale. I ordered two green blazers to wear at the weekend. I was only given one option of standard delivery and couldn’t pay to upgrade to anything faster and whilst they had stated that delivery would be 7 to 14 days, I didn’t honestly expect it to take that long. I thought it would probably just have been stated in the timeframe to cover themselves in case of a delay.

The jacket did not arrive for that weekend and a week later they’re not even going to arrive to wear for Mother’s Day this weekend. It’s took shacks boutique seven days from purchase to even handover the parcel to Royal mail . The parcel that has now been stuck in Royal mail system for three days without movement, saying its in transit to the regional distribution Centre. Whilst this part is not shacks boutiques fault , it has meant that I will not get my jacket for two weeks minimum.

I’m writing this review have not even received the goods yet but even if they are incredible on arrival, I will not be using them again. These jackets are widely available at other outlets on next day delivery so the fact I have to wait for two weeks is both annoying and frustrating .

Great quality … I was looking for something like this everywhere and couldn’t find a corset top that would stay in place and look nice .. super friendly customer service and great communication. I will be ordering again

Absolute Great product bought a Burkini, Top quality and modest, would highly recommend this business you won’t regret it.

I returned one of their jackets exactly in the condition I received it after trying it on, deciding it didn't suit me and re packing it.
The owner sent me a photograph of a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT JACKET where the collar was ingrained with dirt and there was a large stain at the front of the jacket and claimed that it was the jacket I returned and refused to offer me a refund. Fortunately for me the photograph she sent to me showed that the jacket was a different size to the one that I ordered and I had proof otherwise I would have lost out on nearly £70. She said she would return the jacket but I would have to pay postage! The jacket was unwearable. Paypal were very helpful and refunded my money. I would never shop there again. If you do return an item I advise you take a photo of it before you send off just in case you need proof of it's condition to get your refund.

What a fantastic company! I ordered two dresses, the same but in two different sizes. The delivery took a little longer than expected due to the recent storms, however someone was at the end of an email almost instantly, every time. They were very pleasant and supportive. The clothing was great quality too! After some hit and miss reviews, I almost didn’t order from Shaksboutique, but I’m so glad I did! I also returned the dress in the size I didn’t need and the company were supportive and refund process was quick- a full refund processed with no issues! Will definitely be shipping again xx
