DO NOT BUY! TERRIBLE COMPANY
I placed and order at the start of December and by the 24th I still hadn't received my item. I messaged them multiple times and either got ignored or fobbed off. Eventually I had to ask PayPal to step in and refund me because my order still hadn't even been posted. I was disappointed but I got my money back so I wasn't at a complete loss. But then a couple of weeks ago I received a top from them which I hadn't even ordered. I assumed this was sent as an apology for the terrible experience I had. But I was wrong. They soon asked me to repurchase the original 2 tops I ordered from their website in place of the top they sent me. This already sounded dodgy. They then repeatedly kept messaging me on Instagram and email asking me to repurchase or post the top back. As this didn't sit right with me I didn't respond. They then threatened to report me to the authorities! I just thought that was awful customer service. I had done nothing wrong and thought it was very unfair that I'd have to pay for my original order which was more expensive than what they sent me or pay to send it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Placed order on 14th Feb and still haven’t received. DM’d their Instagram page on 18th Feb for an update and received no response even though they were posting on their socials. Also DM’d them and sent an email on 20th Feb and still had no response. Very disappointed!

Shocking. Placed order on14th feb. Had no tracking number sent since. Sent an email querying my order and had no response.

I received an email saying they're upset about the review please remove and that theyve sent a tracking number. tracking number. says item been dispatched. its b&llshit. i havent received anything. awful website awful communication.
The woman on their webchat was very rude and had no manners also. spoke to me like shes a 5 year old.
