Some issues that were deal with promptly
I have been requested to review this company, despite the fact I am still awaiting my purchase to arrive. My tracking number cannot be tracked. I note that the money for the item purchased was taken from my account on the 10th Jan. I have emailed the company to inform them the goods have not been received, and I have had no response.
I have since had a response from the company so I have now upgraded my review. The matter still stands that I don’t have the goods, but the company are dealing with it and communicating with me. The problem is something to do with customs. I am happy with the way the company are now dealing with this so I’ve upgraded my review to 4 stars. Hopefully things will go well from now on.

We can see that you sent us an email on Saturday the 5th of February, then left this review 24 hours later. Unfortunately, we do not work on Sundays, so if any emails are missed on Saturdays we will then respond to them on the Monday.

We are glad everything was okay with your Tailored Co-ord purchase.
Just to answer your question, when you returned your first order our returns policy stipulated that returns are not currently free and that return labels are charged at £3.99. However you do not pay the £3.99 straight away you simply generate the returns label initially to make the item easier to return. Once we receive the item back we then deduct the £3.99 label charge from your refund. Please see the link below:

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I ordered a skirt but required a bigger size and this was made so easy and a replacement was sent after being given advice on the sizing. Would definitely purchase more items

Not impressed at all with this company
Not impressed at all with this company. Only ordered the water bottle because my granddaughter loved it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for her. Received no updates but have been asked three times for a review and this was even before the package arrived!
Wasn't well packed so the box is battered, even the address labels, there were two overlapping so well done to the post people for getting it to me.
Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be buying from them again based on this experience.

I have changed my review because although it took over a month to receive the coat it was not due to shaksboutique it was stuck in customs and when received it was a lovely coat, also the communication with shaks was really good they kept me updated every step of the way.

My apologies that you have not yet received your order. However, I have found your order on our system and I can see that you made your order on the 23rd November 2021. As per our shipping policy on the website delivery is between 7-14 business days. So far it has only been 10 business days. It is now the Christmas period so some delays may occur but your delivery is still within the time frame.
