I've used Shaws twice now. And I will probably use them again. The prices are very reasonable. Chris the engineer was on time. Very efficient professional.
He has just fitted a tap with minimal fuss. Left the kitchen tidy. I mainly communicated with the very patient and friendly Angelo. He explained every detail of both jobs. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Shaws.

I always use Shaws when I have a plumbing issue - Angelo sets up the appointment and checks what materials are needed (in this case a new kitchen sink mixer tap which they were able to procure) then Chris turns up on time and does the job without being distracted by phone calls for other jobs. It's a brilliant two-man system. The job sounded simple but wasn't at all straightforward - the accessibility under the kitchen sink to the pipes was poor and Chris had to fit additional piping and isolater taps. He worked really efficiently, as usual. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time, the work was completed quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. Shower replacement.

I have been using Shaw's for years. Chris and Angelo are professional and reasonably priced. They are an honest and upfront company and I would not hesitate in recommending them. For any gas and heating issues, please give them a try. I am a genuine customer, giving a genuine review.

Kane and Hayley have a great plumbing business and have always been there when I’ve needed them during the past few years. Kane is always easy-going and polite and has worked on big jobs like switching from a water-tank system to combi-boiler to the numerous smaller jobs I’ve had to have done. Hayley is the organiser and always on hand to help with the logistical matters. I have no hesitation in both continuing to use their company and recommending them.

Chris visited my elderly mother, to provide a quote for a replacement boiler. He thought the boiler was relatively new and in very good condition; he recommended ringing Bosch to get them to overall it for £350.
Shaw's made no money, but saved my Mum thousands.
The boiler is now working perfectly.
An honest and reputable firm.

Chris then did a free visit to check everything to ensure we were quoted for the right work.

Was quoted for the works and explained what needed doing. Cost of the works was great compared to other companies! Was expecting a much more expensive job but it was within budget.

Installation itself was seamless, Chris did an amazing job and explained everything as he went along. Also advised about any other possible issues in the house that may need fixing, which is a bonus!

Would highly recommend Chris and Angelo for all your plumbing needs, great company and great guys!

Had the plumber over to replace some components for the toilet. Chris gave some good advice and completed the job to a good standard in good time. Reasonably priced.

Called Chris as an emergency as heating went off over week-end of Queen's funeral. Angelo in the office was working all weekend and arranged a visit from Chris on Tuesday pm. Turned out to be a valve problem connected to the warm air heating was sticking. Fixed in about 30 minutes. Excellent and thanks to Chris and Angelo.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Chris & Angelo. Being a lady in her mid 50s I’ve dealt with many plumbers over the years but I’d absolutely rate this company the best! Professional and they explain what they’re doing as they go along. They make recommendations also and even today spotted something (unrelated to the job that they came to do) that needed urgent attention. They even following it up with Cadent (gas supplier network) who came within 4 hours to inspect what he was concerned about. On arrival, Cadent complimented Shaws on their professionalism, saying they wished other plumbers were as thorough as Shaws! Completely agree with them! Grateful thanks for a great job well done. Again!

Chris called next day just after 9 am. He found the problem with my boiler and fixed it quickly and efficiently, was also tidy and polite. This is the second time I have used Shaws and would use again, and recommend to others.

They inspected a property I am purchasing and promptly called me to explain in layman's terms what they found, explaining the ramifications of working on a grade II listed. Not pushy.
