After dealing direct with Angelo, we found this service really useful. He explained what they could help with and what they couldn't, and when it became apparent they were unlikely to be able to help, he offered suggestions about what we could do, despite probably not getting our custom, which was really helpful. He also explained when we would or would not be charged. Would recommend.

Having called Shaws out on two occasions for a toilet and a leaking sink I can honestly say they offer a top notch service. Full PPE worn and excellent communication throughout from booking to completion of job. Would highly recommend them.

Pleasant, very efficient and clean throughout boiler service. Covers shoes when enters and wears face protection and gloves. Even cleans credit card machine before use.

I have been a loyal customer of Shaws for over four years. They are very professional, courteous and understanding, Chris especially works extremely hard, but also takes time to explain, give options and advice when requested. On this occasion the job was to install new boiler, eco pump, controller and new radiator added. I will use no-one else, so happy to recommend

They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work.

We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us.

I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

I will definitely use Chris Shaw next time I need a heating engineer, I was really happy today and although it wasn't cheap to sort out my ancient boiler I would rather be confident that the work is of a good professional standard than save a few ££. Not only did he identify the issue within seconds, he located and fitted a new fan really quickly. He also spotted other issues that had been there (undetected by others) for years and sorted them out with the minimum of fuss. He was cheerful and super polite (even covering his shoes), and explained everything very clearly, making sure that I understood at each stage and was happy for him to proceed . When he had finished he tested everything meticulously and even took the trouble to show me how to set and operate the timer thing. Last but not least I noticed that not only was he well presented but so was his very clean van. This was very well equipped which inspired confidence. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.

Called to ask to investigate a leak, someone was sent quickly and discovered the problem. Solutions were given in the short term and a full quotation was sent. When the work was booked it was completed quickly and efficiently.
