We’ve been around since 2005, and a lot has changed since then, we not only insure your car but also your home and holidays. Did you know kids who permanently live with you go free on all our travel policies? Up to the age of 22 if they’re in fulltime education! Oh, and our biggest kept secret it that we insure men on all our insurance products, and always have done!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I wasted nine hours trying to reinstate my insurance because they failed to take the money that was authorised by my bank. It’s a con they wouldn’t reinstate it instead they said I had to take a new policy out at twice the price. It’s like talking to a bunch of machines they just keep saying to you we’re very sorry for your experience whilst not helping you at all. Keep away.

Got there in the end

Everything went easy and smoothly until it came to authentication of my payment found it a bit confusing

Bad customer service

I had an auto renewal, which went through, then there was an expired credit card, no email, just a letter that turned up one morning and before I could update the payment method they cancelled the policy. So I tried again that morning and for the same cover it was £26 more. Way to go, will be leaving after this year, terrible customer service.

Auto renew insurance without asking.

As soon as they take your money they automatically store your card details and auto renew your insurance without asking.

Beware.

I set up the account incorrectly

I set up the account incorrectly, completely my fault, I contacted the team for help within 5 mins of taking the insurance out to see if I could change the start date and was advised that I had to cancel the account and then take a new one, which is fine. I went theiugh the process with the agent to cancel the contract to then be told that she would work out my cancellation fee for having insurance for less than 10 mins. No thank you Sheila. I had already paid the first 2 payments as per any new insurance but have not received that refund back yet and no email advising that I am getting it back.
