Cancelled car insurance policy by mistake only to be told they cannot reinstate it, id have to buy another policy online! Pretty incompetent - difficult to find someone to talk to. Might be cheap but as the saying goes, buy cheap buy twice!
Formal complaint submitted and will take to ombudsman if not resolved
