One of the shittest insurance company I have ever been insured with.
I had claim on my insurance but they directed us to Copart paid scrap money for the car and after requesting them many times to speak to them I was enable to speak to them always directed us copast.
There is no direct contact to speak to them.
One of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with. I had a claim on my insurance, but they kept directing us to Copart, offering us scrap money for the car. Despite repeatedly requesting to speak to them directly, I was always redirected to Copart. There’s no direct contact information to reach them.

Cancelled car insurance policy by mistake only to be told they cannot reinstate it, id have to buy another policy online! Pretty incompetent - difficult to find someone to talk to. Might be cheap but as the saying goes, buy cheap buy twice!
