Best so far. Only thing I can’t do with this policy is I can’t drive any other cars where I have been able to do this for the last 20 years. I don’t know. Maybe it’s an optional extra or something. But they should have it standard just like every other insurer out there. But apart from that very happy with Sheila’s wheels. Easy setup. Simple and extremely friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I’d leave a 0 star if I could
I’d leave a 0 star if I could, go compare said I needed to change my insurance in the next two days so I picked Sheila’s Wheels and selected for it to start in August as my current one ends in September, I asked after 10 minutes if I could change my start date but couldn’t and was forced to cancel and pay a £28 fee 20 minutes after I had taken out the policy. The live chat didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t give me any other option even though you can cancel anything within 14 days and not get charged. So I had to pay £28 for 20 minutes off my own time wasted. Such a shame because I’m really struggling with money and the deal was cheap but it ended up costing me financially anyway. 0 star for customer service

With additional items available if required, breakdown cover etc.
Documents were available to download and printout so that a hard copy could be held in the car if required.
