I have taken out insurance with Sheila’s wheels and the experience of booking it was fine but it doesn’t come in until the middle of next month so I am unable to say much more.
Was easy to navigate and the process of getting my quote was easy as well , no password etc
Value for money. The only company I know that actually retains there customers. I got a better car insurance quote all the time. Policy is tailored to my needs. Brilliant service.
The platform is user friendly. Easy to do business without hassle.

Switched to Sheila's Wheels on Friday after buying a new car and my previous insurance company trying to bump the price right up. Was reasonably priced and quick and easy process to set up, haven't had any further dealings with them so can't comment on anything else other than the reasonable cost for decent cover and easy to set up online through moneysupermarket
Very easy to set up my car insurance on line and over £100 cheaper than my quote from my current company. Obviously I would prefer not to use the policy so I can’t review that part but so far so good!

Constant draining from toilet into bowl is not a home emergency, engineer visits morning and then says will get part in 2 days, then company sends message as case resolved, then had to chat online then call 2 different numbers to get get details that draining of water into proper channel is not home emergency, what a waste of time, money and cunning reply needed another 2 hrs on phone to find this reason not specified in the policy

It was easy to process my quote and see at a glance what advantage there is to use the Company. The price was competitive and the transaction was completed very quickly.

Used a comparison site to get quotes for bike insurance. Shiela’s Wheels came in with the best price including extras. Went to their website and easy to read T&C ‘s / purchased insurance and emailed to open account and read my documents. Great service;)
Easy use online
Price comparison site - slightly cheaper but had more key elements

Attempted to change my policy to now include contents after moving into a property, was told on virtual chat that I cannot have the level of contents I was requesting on my current cover. Asked to be upgraded to the core policy which hits the limit. Can't do it due to "the system".
Was forced to cancel buildings insurance, then when attempting to get new core policy was told I cannot as my email is in use already.
Virtual chat again and was told as the policy is for a different address I cannot use my same email as it clashes on their system. Even though both policies (one which is now cancelled) are for the same address and should be on the same single account for me and my email.
"System won't allow it", "this frustrates our customers as well as us" so said the rep on the chat. It's your system. Make it allow it.

I had an issue so I called for advise helpline. They convince me to make a claim - when I said I do not want to make a claim. But they said don’t worry it’s just a report - I end up with the claim and paying extra £300 for nothing . Do not choose this company. Now I am trying to complain but even with my call recordings when I was saying I do not want to claim they still claim it’s my fault . Anyone any advise where I can find help with insurance scamming me ?
