Very easy to get what I wanted at a decent price

Straightforward process. Reasonablopriced car insurance.

Very easy to set up my car insurance, everything was set up very quickly with all paperworks send via email.
The price was excellent compared to my own renewal from previous company and well cheaper than other companies.

The problem is that I was offered a very good rate after requesting a quote to start motor insurance with them. All went well and I was then asked to pay an initial amount of 76.00 which is pending on my bank account at the moment. I later received two conflicting emails. The last one saying I would be charged £76 on my first renewal date then returning to normal monthly payments.They said nothing about my already paying them 76.00. When you contact them online you just get the incomprehensible bots not controlled by upgraded and up-to-date AI. It then takes you to an agent who later told me she was handling multiple calls at the same time. The last customer care agent was very courteous over the telephone but all this took 90 minutes to resolve. I nearly told them to forget it but this would no doubt take at least another 90 mins of time I cannot afford to go through. Because I am on a very small budget thus is annoying at the least but entirely worrying in the first instant. I do believe that once my policy goes live the Portal will he best way to have contact.

I got help quick service and good help from them best and cheap insurance company hope to get cheap insurance next year I would say out of 100 if give them 99 for cheap insurance company

Good all round cover and a reasonable cost

The whole process was very easy the quote was almost half what my previous insurer quoted even though I had been with them for a good 9 years
