Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed , I was with this company for my car insurance and wanted to renew but had 1 change so had to speak to them through an online chat to put this in place , the lady went through everything and i accepted the change of price to then find on the day it was meant to change they hadnt done this and left me uninsured , i made a complaint for them to not even rectify the problem and was told i needed to start another quote online so not helpful , the quote then came out way too much and wasnt the same price so i thrn had to start another quote with AA who gave me a cheaper price but still more expensive from what i should of orginally been paying , the while process has been very stressful and could of led to fines if i hadnt noticed on the day that my policy documents were not in place. Will not using this company again, and iam waiting for this complaint to be sorted.

Great value for money.
I got my policy via Money Super Market, saving £40+ compared to my car insurance with Hastings before they increased it by 100% because I got a part time job 🙄 I also got £15 from MSM as well 🙌
