Excellent service from a very efficient family run business here in Banbury. I've been left feeling ripped off a couple of times by local traders with hidden costs etc. but I'm incredibly happy with the service I received and will be using them again.

Attended for our annual boiler service. Prompt attention by Robert who always keeps everything so clean! Thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a reliable and friendly gas engineer.

Robert carried out the first service on our boiler that Shepley's installed last year. Very thorough service and some useful thermostat information passed on which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt response to initial enquiry, speedy assessment and quote. Carl arrived promptly, removed faulty radiators with no mess and fitted the new ones neatly and with minimum fuss. Friendly, good conversation and regular updates on the progress of the Lionesses!

As always, Rob my plumber, has been very friendly and home conscientious. No issues at all.

The service was carried out promptly after the initial request with the personnel arriving at the designated time. Personnel were friendly and efficiently completed the task very satisfactorily at an acceptable cost.

Prompt response for annual service request after installing company did not respond. Punctual, professional, went above and beyond to complete commissioning log that installer had missed. Credit to their profession. Will use in future.

Robert was friendly and professional, turned up when he said he would and carried out our boiler service efficiently. Was respectful and took his shoes off in the house.
