Domain gets flagged by spamhaus!

Domain gets flagged by spamhaus!

They removed my website from their DNS Server because they say it was listed on spamhaus. Very strange! So I moved the website to cloudflare, investigated and could not find any reason for this. I contacted spamhaus and removed the domain from Blocklist because it was flagged without any valid reason.

After this I moved the website back to shinjiru and it was again flagged within 48 hours. CLEAR SIGHT THIS IS A PROBLEM FROM shinjiru Do not host here, your website will be flagged immediately! They will shamelessly disconnect your website and deny that this is their fault!

Hi there,

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing them to our attention.

To clarify, we want to emphasize that we did not directly attribute the issue to your domain name. When it was initially flagged, we promptly notified you in accordance with our standard procedure to prevent DNS removal and IP range blacklisting.

Typically, a domain listed as a ZRD entry is cleared within 24 hours with Spamhaus approval, as explained in more detail on Spamhaus's website: [Spamhaus Explanation](https://check.spamhaus.org/faqs/?id=ZRD_what_is_it).

In simpler terms, the inclusion is often due to recently registered domains. Legitimate entities usually wait before using new domains, while malicious actors employ them immediately for harmful emails.

It's crucial to note that Spamhaus, being an external entity managing the blacklist, is beyond our control, and we cannot influence their inclusion decisions.

To address this, we recommend using the Cloudflare fix to bypass the blacklist and initiating a formal removal request.

The situation was compounded by the fact that your domain is on a shared server, where conflicts may arise due to shared space and the presence of other users. Being on a shared hosting environment, that specific platform attracts a diverse user community due to our non-compliance with DMCA. This diversity could raise suspicion within the IP range.

Spamhaus considers various factors for blacklisting, including domains with heightened alerts. Importantly, we did not specifically pinpoint your domain.

In summary, if you desire a more secure and isolated server environment, we recommend canceling your shared hosting invoice. You can then claim the paid amount as a credit refund to your Shinjiru account and transition to a Virtual Private Server (VPS). VPS users, especially those involved in SMTP activities, are closely monitored, ensuring compliance with our terms by providing the necessary information. This is the suggested course of action in your specific situation.

Excellent support system and peace of mind

Due to the nature of the sites we operate, we experience many problems throughout the year, but shinjiru's support team is better than any hosting company we have ever worked with. We can recommend this VPS provider to users with limited knowledge of hosting.

Host with Shiniru and you will be blacklisted.

Purchased a strong bolt ssl and hosting package from shinjiru. Pointed my domain to them and almost immediately it was blacklisted on spamhaus blacklist. Shinjiru firstly tried to blame my domain, but seeing as it was purchased about 2 hours before, it was unlikely that was the issue.

Shinjiru then asked me to point my domain through cloudflare which caused the site to crash.

Upon some investigation it seems any site which is hosted with Shinjiru will be blacklisted due to Shinjiru's reputation.

Shinjiru will try and blame other domains hosting on their shared servers as the reason and will try and upsell you to a VPS. These too will be blacklisted.

The reason that spamhaus blacklist anyone who hosts with Shiniru is because of their reputation. Don't fall for Shinjiru trying to tell you otherwise.

Also be extremely cautious when paying using crypto. You will NOT get a refund other than in account credit, which is technically useless as you wont be able to use it on any other service which wont get blacklisted.

Avoid Shinjiru at all costs.

SPAMHAUS AGAIN???

2nd time in 1 week my domainname gets flagged at spamhaus while it's not even up and running. the problem is when you buy an IP Host the IP is shared among 50 websites. If one of them is sendhing phishing email, all 50 websites get banned. After Shinjiru will ask you too pay 100 dollars to change the IP. Total scam has cost me over 500 dollars the past 3 weeks and they don't do nothing to help you out. Time to look for different options after years of trust, it's gone.

Best hosting platform resolving troubleshooting errors

Indeed I can gladly say my experience with your live chat assistant and efforts in troubleshooting errors can be rated 10/10. I have had issues with different hosting platforms but when I started using this hosting site and had errors appearing on my website each time I contact the support team within a period of 24hrs my troubleshooting is resolved. Indeed I can say thank you so much for the efforts you put in seeing the demands of your customers are your top priority and are met.

As a profoundly concerned parent .....

As a profoundly concerned parent, I recently had an alarming experience that compelled me to share my thoughts here. It came to my attention that my son had acquired a package containing illegal steroids from two websites reportedly hosted by shinjiru.com.my. Upon investigating further, I discovered that DNS queries for these websites indeed pointed to Shinjiru as the hosting provider for these concerning, illegal pharmaceutical sites.

Out of concern for the safety and well-being of young individuals, I took the initiative to contact Shinjiru through the provided email address, abuse(@)shinjiru.com. However, it's disheartening to report that my attempts have fallen on deaf ears, as I haven't received any response or acknowledgment regarding the sites' illicit activities. This lack of engagement raises significant questions about Shinjiru's stance on such illegal operations.

Being under the impression that Malaysia upholds robust anti-drug laws, I am left perplexed by the apparent lack of action in this situation. I believe all of us must come together to ensure the safety of our teenagers and other individuals. The websites in question, gainzlab.com and cogentpharmaceutical.com, offer products that could pose severe and even life-threatening health risks.

I intend to share this review to encourage a dialogue about the accessibility of harmful substances to our youth and anyone else who might inadvertently come across these sites. I implore you, the readers of this review, to consider whether or not such areas should be allowed to operate freely. The health and safety of our community, particularly our young people, should be a top priority for all of us.

P.S.
