The service that shinjiru offers is nothing short of amazing, had a site issue after successful migration, they managed to go above and beyond to help fix the problem. Was most likely outside the scope of their service, yet still escalated the ticket and had the problem resolved sharpish, this issue was no fault of shinjiru, this has to be said, it was with a compatability issueon my side, yet they still went out there way and fixed, can't recommend enough 😁 now Enjoying the VPS service they offer. I've always had smooth, friendly, and prompt customer service experiences with Shinjiru and this was the same. They really could have told me to go away and laughed at me for making the mess that I did, yet again, but they went above and beyond to keep me happy.
They also don't have that cold corporate customer care tone. Reminds me of dealing with small local service providers.

I have been using this service for 4 months. The main plus for me is that this hosting ignores DMCA, technical support responds quickly enough, prices are average. The only negative is the very weak hardware on the Malaysian server. I moved to Shinjiru from Fornex hosting due to DMCA issues. On Fornex, everything flew like a bullet for me, but here it slows down a lot, sometimes errors 504 or 502 occur. The tariff I took here is 2 times more powerful than on Fornex, and such problems. I don't even need that rate because I only use 1/5 of my ssd. Technical support can not help me in any way, I contacted several times on this issue. This is the main reason why I will leave for another hosting after the paid time.

We have used various offshore hosting providers and have moved all of our sites to shinjiru because their service is so good and their support is so generous.
They are a long time and reliable company, and they provide 24 hour trouble shooting via Skype.

I will continue to use shinjiru in the future.

Shinjiru Does Not Provide Refund.

A company or business who is confidence in the product and services they offer will not hesitate to refund customer money. I have used many online services which did not argued a second to refund the money I paid them to the source the money came from.

THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH SHINJIRU. When you pay them and realized that the service rendered is not as good as advertised, they will never refund your money. This is a dishonest and fraudulent business dealings analogous to RICO.

When you message them on skype, they respond and they will walk you through any steps that's needed to assist with your website. They've been nothing but great to me. I haven't had virtually any downtime for my website other than the usual server maintenance. I'm definitely a customer for life.
